    • Great idea! Terrible design. Do not buy.
I gave it a try with 2 different units over the course of 3+ months. The first came in with the plastic piece which attaches the hose to the pump completely broken off. Couldn't have made that one work if I tried. I sent it back and received a replacement. This thing leaks non-stop and I'm not going to redesign the entire thing to with putty in order to fix the problems this shoddy workmanship has caused. I wouldn't take a free one if they offered it to me at this point. Save your money. There are certainly better options out there that won't flood everything around it. ... show more

    • Great service, okay fountain
I got a fountain and it leaked so I had to return it for a new one. The process was easy, service was great. I got my second fountain and it also leaks. The hole where the water comes out is way too big and the pressure makes the water go everywhere. I made the hole smaller and it has been working better but it still makes the bottom of my tank wet and runs out of water in a few days. It's super cute in design but there isn't a cover on the back so my frog tries to crawl inside which is potentially dangerous for her. I tapped it off but that is a really dumb design idea. ... show more

Looked fantastic however it didn't hold water. The water leaked right out of the bottom. Doesn't do much good if it doesn't hold water. I probably could have used aquarium sealer and made it work, but for the money I shouldn't have to fix it right out of the box. It got returned.

Stopped using. Hard to clean. This fountain is great overall, but ultimately wasn't right for me and my situation. I wanted a water source for my chameleon that would also look nice and add to the aesthetic of the enclosure. It does what it is designed to do. But after a while I stopped using it. My chameleon dropped a turd right on the fountain and it was not easy to clean. And it does make a little noise when operating. Also, I never saw my chameleon drink from it. I was misting the leaves a couple times a day by hand and the chameleon would eagerly drink the droplets on the leaves. So I just decided to go a different way and purchased the Exo Terra Monsoon misting system. So far that is much better water source for my chameleon. It has its drawbacks, but overall, I don't think I will use this fountain anymore, at least for my chameleon. I might use it somewhere else. It may be a better idea for a different pet or for using it a different way. ... show more

    • Do not waste your money on this…
I bought this for my terrarium and the first one I received was filled of hot glue at the top of the outflow.. so I had to return it to get another one and that second one lasted 2 days before the pump failed!! This is such a waste of money and is a piece of junk. Never seen such an awful design for how it functions. It leaks all over and drains itself! ... show more
