I love this stand! I very much like it better than those noodle type stands that are so popular. I feel it is a lot more stable though it does rock if its hyper extended which makes sense. I believe as long as you know how a boom arm works its easy to use. I think my only complaint is the boom arm attachment piece to the stand is TOO snug... I myself cannot take it off the stand without assistance to say attach it to the table clamp that was provided. I do plan to use Vaseline or WD-40 to help with that and I am sure it will work just fine! I actually plan on buying another one of these stands in the near future for the extra stand and clamp to have it in more places in my house. I do very much recommend this item. ... show more

    • Single clamp didn’t work for me, but the stand is great!
I feel like a decadent millionaire in a morning when I use this to watch my iPad when my wife’s asleep. It’s just perfect and has an adjustment range that never ends up as anything but perfect. I love this thing. The only problem was when I tried to attach it to the headboard of my bed. I tried using the clamp but it simply wasn’t big enough or strong enough so I soon gave up. Maybe I could use a baffle behind it to provide extra grip (and save the wear on my headboard) but I so enjoy using the stand, I really don’t need to. The stand can be adjusted to be pretty high too so I can use it to practice a (solo) instrument, or lower it to do floor exercises. The sky is the limit really. Well, not literally of course! I love that the spring loaded clamp is SO adjustable with a 360º rotation. I can also use my iPhone with this should I need something smaller or more portable. The only thing is that you must be careful to point the actual floor stand in the direction of the item you are supporting or it will easily topple over. Common sense really but hey…. It folds up to a very small compact size but its still about 4.5 feet above the floor. The two halves are very easily separated so you could break it down for easy storage. The base’s footprint is just over a foot but is so thin it will easily fit under just about anything. The whole item is light and easily picked up by one hand so maneuverability is not a problem, but be careful if it’s already holding an iPad!! I love this item and sure beats the heck out of hand-numbing experiences of holding a phone or tablet. Very worth the money and is quite good quality. Does not flop about as you can tighten the two joints for a more permanent adjustment. Strongly recommend! ... show more

Even tho I don’t like the fact the upper part of stand just comes out from bottom side. I wish there is some kind of screw or something hold it together. Everytime I am trying to move.. it just comes out and it is so annoying. But.. otherwise it is nice quality and holding my ipad and iphone very well. ... show more

Only had it a few days but it does what it is supposed to do. Wish the base was a little heavier to keep it steady while touching the screen but it’s not a big problem. Just put a weight on top of it and it’s good enough. I’m happy with it and very easy to set up.

I have several holders around my house for multiple kindles… this… separation is bothers me SO MUCH. But, as a lazy person with multiple grips so I don’t have to hold my devices.. I am too lazy to return/exchange so I’”” just have to live with it… Other than that, it serves its purpose. Easy to assemble. The base is really sturdy but I just can’t get over this space thing that’s ugh I’m sorry. It deserves 5 but because of that faulty space…. *face palm* almost gave it 3 stars because I can’t stand to look at it. Ranting.. get it. Yours might not be like mine. ... show more

If you read an E Reader in bed this is a must have. I read a lot, like almost a book a day and sometimes my arm gets tired. I saw this product on TikTok with a remote control and had to see for myself. I am in love with this stand. Works great for my phone too. I bought it to use when in bed, but I use it all the time. When I'm lounging on the couch or in my massage chair. It's light weight and seems pretty durable. My only issue is went bent in certain way it will tip.
