My dog ate my charger for iPad Pro, I can't live without it. This charger works intermittently. You usually have to try inserting the end into the iPad a few different ways and times. Oftentimes, it says it's charging but will stop after a few moments, you know- just long enough for you to think it's charging. If it happens to remain charging, it is a looooong time to full charge.
