this product since the day i got it has been glitchy. i thought it was like that maybe since it was new and had never been used. i bought it for school and it’s TERRIBLE. you have to double and sometimes triple press a button to get it to work and the mouse is the worst thing in the world. half the time it doesn’t work and the other time, it just makes your ipad glitch out. i’m currently trying to type my paper and the mouse is moving all over my screen, closing things out, selecting an article of text, opening other apps, etc. do not waste your money. i wish i could return this hunk of junk.

Could be just the one I got but was too tight for iPad Pro ruined my screen protector and the keyboard doesn’t work. Tried everything to set it up maybe doing something wrong my daughter loves the color and overall look and functionality but doesn’t like that it makes her screen protector Bubble and keyboard not functional . Mouse works ok not as reactive as it should be
