The keyboards are solid enough and have the features i like. I like the quality and features for the price point. It doesnt lag or freeze up, i like the lights and the feel of the typing, the touchpad is pretty good! I have purchased 2 so far, and each time within a few months 2 or 3 of the keys stop working. The 1 year warrantee is honored if you email them directly. Edit: great customer service. They reached out to replace, and i had a new keyboard within 48hrs! That’ll keep me coming back ... show more

It is okay but there is a delay sometimes and the keys will not work. I can be in the middle of typing a lot and one letter will just not work. I erase and type again and still nothing. I just spelled typing… and had to press the T like 9 times as I’m writing this review. I’d rather pay more for something more faster. Other than that the mouse pad and certain things are good. I just hate having to go back and keeping trying to get one letter to work. I did normal trouble shooting and it did not make any changes. ... show more

Turn your iPad Pro into a multifunctional laptop with this. I bought my first one for a 2018 iPad Pro, a second with my 2020 iPad Pro, and a third one for the device I am currently writing this review on. I used each until the letters and numbers wore off the keys. I own a powerful Mac desktop and an iPad Pro instead of owning a laptop because this low-cost, highly functional piece of hardware allows me to have all the great stuff in owning an iPad Pro without losing the good things about owning a MacBook. The part of the case where you snap in the iPad is well built and pivots, allowing you to make it into a drawing tablet, note taker, presentation device, traditional laptop with full keys and trackpad, personal TV, and with an Apple Pencil (purchased separately) that you can also use as a mouse, art stylus, and, well, lots of things, you suddenly find yourself wondering why more people don’t use iPads with one of these cases. I can’t see me using a MacBook when I can have this and pair it up with a good Mac desktop, and trust me, iPad Pros are a Mac’s best friend. This keyboard case gives your iPad Pro the wings it needs to set it free. This case has all the features you could want and is so inexpensive that it, to me, makes owning an iPad Pro a no-brainer.     • Cute but used with cosmetic damage

If I wasn’t traveling I would have sent back for a new one, since that is what I paid for. The case was used and had several cosmetic scratches and paint rubbed off. The case is easy to connect through Bluetooth. It lags so you have to give it time every time you use it. The mouse section is slow and lags as you move it. You have to put a bit more pressure on the buttons for it to click what you are trying to click on. The backlight is nice if you like the chosen set colors they combined. It would be nice to choose one solid color of liking rather than the 3 or a solid white. On a table or hard surface it holds up well, but on the laps while traveling the heaviness of the iPad makes it tilt a bit much more than wanted. Overall the case is cute and I like the color of soft lilac purple it came in. I can’t really say the value for the money as of yet. Missing a star is because of the cosmetic damage which may be amazons faults for not checking their returns and sending unused items or cosmetically damaged items. If also Amazons fault, they also did not add any padding or anything to protect the case while shipping again.
