Kids can be rough and after about a month the back stand snapped off. The side handles are great! We ended up buying another one because I love the design. Just hoping the kickstand lasts a bit longer this time. It does not protect the screen either, we have replaced our glass screen protector several times already. This is the second case I’ve order for my two year old bc the first one I order a blue one and the back of the case that has the stand had snapped and broke. Than I order this green one and within a week the stand also snapped and broke too. We’re still using it broken. I love this case bc it’s so easy for him to use and carry around himself. I bought this for my 5 year old's 9th gen iPad. It has been a great case the stand has held up and the screen protector has done it's job flawlessly. We have never used the strap so I'm not sure how that holds up. At this point, after 7 months of daily use by a 5 year old, the top handle has started to tear in a way that once it tears through will not protect the iPad anymore. However, I think it has done it's job well enough that i will be purchasing a second one to replace the torn one. ... show more

I emailed the customer service twice for this company but it seems like they provide the wrong email. The case is great but the screen protector is super easy to crack/broken. I was trying to install it and I was holding while trying to place it into my iPad and suddenly it cracked.

I bought my grandson an iPad and another case on his last birthday. Although the case was cute and appeared sturdy it fell apart and his iPad was damaged. I bought this case and so far it seems to be a lot sturdier and easier for him to carry.
