  • If you're looking for a decent amp at a decent price, this is worth investigating.
Color: Black
A couple of the reviews are critical of the specs, taking them to task, and if that's what your main interest is, good for you. For me, though, I wanted a simple amp that would take the 2-channel stereo sound from my new Amazon Fire TV Series 4, via the HDMI-ARC, and output it to my mid-90s era Klipsch KG 1.5 2-way bookshelf speakers with 50W RMS/200W peak power rating. As far as I'm concerned, I've struck gold. The sound is excellent. The volume is adequate. The controls are simple. It's compact and nice-looking. These attributes are more important than ratings on the id plate. I've had it set up for two days, so I can't comment on its longevity. Fingers crossed on that one. Two potential gotchas: 1) I couldn't find any indication for speaker output connections, so I asked Rufus. The response was RCA jacks. In fact it's binding posts (I figured this out by closely examining the picture of the back panel). It seems that with all the different inputs, a description of the output would be mentioned. 2) I ordered some nice 14-gauge speaker wire to go along with the amp. I my experience this is generally adequate and I woild be reluctant to use anything smaller. I really had to twist the wires down to get them to fit into the aforementioned binding posts. Just some thing to bear in mind. These are minor annoyances, certainly not deal-breakers for me. ... show more

  • They Have Enough Power for Me
Color: Black
I am using 2 of these 200-watt amps. I am hooked up to the eARC port from my TV to the extractor and then to the eARC ports on the amps. My TV is hooked up to one of the so-called major satellite providers and the system is controlled by their remote volume/pause. The amps also have a remote that I can use to adjust the bass and treble. The amps and the extractor are hooked up to a remote power supply (like many use for their outdoor Christmas lights) etc. and I can turn the amps/extractor on and off with its remote. I have 6 speakers hooked up the left ports on one amp and 6 speakers to the right ports on the other amp. total of 12 speakers. They sound great and they will blow you away. ... show more

  • pretty nice for 100w per channel amp
Color: Black
I am using this amp to replace one I wasn't satisfied with the sound it produced, I already had the speakers and amp and just upgraded my tv. This little amp brought richness into a set of Rockville 54C bookshelf speakers, for movies they are better than tv speakers by far and when listening to music it drives the Rockville's well, is it earth shaking power? no it's 100w per channel and matched with like rated speakers you should be pleased. Is it worth $90 buck? that's a personal call. ... show more

  • Bad Quality Control - Very Disappointed
I bought this to use the HDMI Arc with my TV, but before I did that I thought I'd install it in my 2 ch system to see how it sounded on the big speakers. First I noticed that when I switched to the analog inputs there was a bit of hiss which I've never had a problem with. Then I switched to the coax input to use my streamer to listen to some music. At low volume I could already tell that the music was very distorted and something was wrong. This didn't make it past the first 5 minute test..... When you buy cheap Chi-fi like this you roll the dice. I'm sending it back and I'll try something else. It's too bad. If it would have worked it could have been a great deal. ... show more

  • Great value for the cost, excellent for garage/office/small kitchen/basement
Color: Black
This is the best little amp I've ever purchased. There are 3 DSP options music/news/movie, and the audio quality does not disappoint. This paired with a set of Micca speakers is great for small spaces. No issues with the bluetooth other than when I forgot the device on my phone and attempted to pair again, I have to fumble through a series of actions to get it to reconnect. Neither the power brick nor the amp has gotten hot yet, but have not used the max volume usually sticking between vol setting 8 to 12. Remote is a good shape and buttons are easy to manipulate with a good tactile sensation. Only wished they had a 4 channel option to put in my kitchen. If/when they have more available I plan on getting a few more. ... show more

  • The HDMI input of the Inwa Amp makes it a winner
This amp is not really a micro or mini amplifier like some others, it is more in between a full-size receiver and a mini amp. That may be because it has a full range of input options on the back, and large heat sinks on the sides to handle the power. Before, I was using the aux output of a TV feeding into the aux input of a recommended mini amp, and the sound volume was just too low. The aux output of a TV really needs to be pre-amplified to be used with many amps. Not so with the HDMI (ARC) output of TV's. It delivers an already amplified digutal signal to the amplifier, so you get a much better sound range. You can set the amplifier volume to the middle and use the remote control of the TV to control most everything else, including volume. The bottom line is that the new setup sounds great, with plenty of power for my bookshelf speakers. Much improved over the previous setup that used a mini-amp and the aux output of the TV. I couldn't find any mini-amp that had an HDMI input, so that makes this amplifier unique and well worth the price. ... show more

  • Compact, all connections, remote. OK sound.
Color: Black
Worked ok with ARC, optical and RCA connections. Remote is helpful. Sound quality not great during quieter passages. Very compact. Sould is not as good as traditional receiver.

  • Very very good value.
Color: Black
Did not really expect it to power my 70s era Fisher speakers with the 12" woofers, but IT DID!! I might have taken a star off because the bass tends to boom, which requires turning it down almost to nothing. But the treble is fine, and the value is fantastic: $50 after coupons and my accumulated credits. If I want to hear excellent sound reproduction I'll listen to my headphones. ... show more
