  • awesome!!!
my boyfriend and i have recently taken up kayaking, and thought these would be good starters. they are so easy to set up, and are a lot more comfortable to sit in than the plastic-y ones we’ve rented. they’re very sturdy and seem really durable, despite being inflatable. the nets on the front are great for storing a little cooler or other necessities. definitely worth the money! ... show more

  • Amazing for the price!
Set up was quick and easy. We even tried using a plug in pump but the pump provided was so much quicker! These were a dream. As you can tell from the pictures we took them into a cave. We assembled them/inflated them outside the cave and carried them in. They weren't bad to carry at all. We loved them! Only complaint I had was that one of the oars doesn't seat well and clicks when using but the rest of the set, AMAZING! Highly recommend this set and we look forward to using the heck out of these! ... show more

  • fun and easy
So far so good. I bought 2. We've used them 3 times on Lake Estes in Colorado. Easy to pump up by hand. Did some minor adjustments with the blown up seats, using seat belts and velcro to get out of any water in boat and back supported. So easy to get into it. We blew up kayak on a picnic table, the parking lot and carried them down to water. Easy enough with one arm. I've learned to stand on the beach and propel myself out to deeper water. And then flip to take a seat once afloat. I'm 120 lbs and my husband is 190. Neither one of us flipped over or fell out. Super buoyant. So easy. Were novice and it was that easy Take down is simple. We left our inflatable seats inflated and threw them in the back seat. Then its just 2 big deflating wholes and were talking maybe 2 minutes. We easily folded our deflated kayaks and threw them in the Thule Roof rack over night. Big Fans! ... show more

  • Nice and thick material
These were nice to use! Easy to blow up. Kind of difficult to put away though... Hard to get all the air out from the inside hole.

  • Valve placement awkward
Took these out for the first time on 08/31, great day on the water. Getting there was another story. The valve for the upper portion of the kayak is placed appropriately and easy to access. The value for the floor/bottom portion is tucked in on the inside and get's more difficult to access as both chambers get full. It would be better to place the floor valve right in front of the seat. Easy to access and out of the way when your in the kayak. ... show more

  • Enjoyed Mother's Day on my first kayaking outing!
Wasn't sure what to expect with an inflatable kayak... especially online, where I couldn't touch it to decide if it would be "tough" enough. Took it out this weekend, and it is very sturdy once properly inflated. I did try to avoid objects in the water to reduce the risk of a snag that would puncture it. It's pretty easy to assemble, but does take some time. And it's heavy! However, everything packs up into the travel bag and tucks into the netting on the front, which was nice. Would be even better if the travel bag was more like a backpack to better distribute the weight when transporting the kit to the water's edge. ... show more

  • Defected kayaks and seller WONT HELP
**seller won’t help me or refund my money back. Seller sent me a shipping label, UPS said itll cost me over $100 for each kayak! I said no I’m not paying the same amount I bought it for to still be out $200 bucks. I tried to contact the seller and inform them about this and they denied my request. I even explained that both of the products are defected and I never got to use them. Still no response from them just a denial request. Picture is of the first kayake with a large rip that the patch they have won’t even do the job to patch it. My mom and I bought these kayaks for our yearly camping trip. We were excited to use the kayaks because they had so many wonderful reviews. While putting air in one of the kayaked it ended up having a big tear on the upper tube. I set it aside to pump air into the end one. It pumped up nicely and looked amazing, then we heard a hissing sound coming from it and boom the upper tube on the 2nd one popped. E tried to return the item but because it’s 3rd party Amazon can’t help. ... show more

  • 6'3" and 240 lb and I'm really impressed
Takes 10m to inflate, maybe 20m to rub down with a towel, deinflate and repack in the trunk. The inflation was much easier than expected: 50-60 pumps in each of the two valves. I had been worried what with being 6'3" and 240 lb but the leg room is good, as is the stability. There is a small green triangular inflatable (purpose unclear) that I stuff in behind the seat back for extra support. I tend to over-inflate a little. Been out twice now in hour+ lake paddling. Very light, easy to carry to the water, easy to get into, and paddling is also light work. Longevity is yet to be proven -but for around $100, it's a no brainer. ... show more
