I sleep on this bed on a regular basis and have done for many years; it doesn't start to lose air for about a year to a year and a half. It is the only bed on which I can sleep without severe back pain, so it's worth it to me to have to replace it fairly often. I love this mattress. I got it for camping but used it for a week while I was visiting a friend and needed something to sleep on. I’m 200+ lbs and over the course of the week the mattress hardly deflated, I only had to top it off once! For the price and what you get it is definitely worth it.

Blew it up. Worked fine, went fast. Plugged the hole. Okay great. Gently laid down on mattress, plug pops out of its hole and deflates very quickly. So for some that may be a plus. Put the plug back in, get off the mattress, plug the air pump back in, blow it back up, make sure it’s tightly plugged, put tape all over the plug. There’s no way this baby is coming unplugged. Boy was I wrong. Plug pops out. And deflated again. Good thing is the company offered me money to keep it or refund to return. Fast refund. Terrible to fold back into the box though. So ease of folding 0/5, ease of inflation 5/5, inflation 5/5 once it was inflated it felt nice till you put any weight on it, performance 0/5. Do not recommend to anyone. ... show more

I bought this not understanding that it didn’t come with built in air pump. That’s my fault. I used an external air pump, and as soon as I would remove the pump, a bunch of air would come out before I could seal again. I found it unusable. The material is nice. If you can maneuver the external air pump better than I can, it’s a good value, if not, spend the extra and get the one with built in air pump. ... show more
