Arrived with a hole (from delivery people) and this vendor did the EASIEST exchange. The hole was bigger than the patch kit which was the ONLY reason we needed to exchange. Very easy to blow up and deflate. I really like the headboard feature. It’s a little difficult to put on the sheets because of the headboard, but definitely not a deal breaker. I bought a thick mattress pad to add comfort and so guests don’t get too cold. I kept it inflated for 3 days to rest it out and it did not lose any air. Great value. ... show more

We bought this to use while we were moving and in transition between houses and slept on it for several weeks. We wanted one with the "headboard" so that we could sit in the bed and read, watch TV, etc. If you need a mattress just for sleeping / for occasional guests, I'd skip this feature because it adds a lot of bulk to the mattress, takes up more room, and makes it harder to put sheets on. This was very easy to blow up and sleeps decent as air mattresses go- we used for extended time while furnishing our home. I add air from time to time but that’s expected. Sleeps a bit cool - so if I had to use longer I’d prob get a topper. Sheets stay on decent for normal non-Tanzmanian devil sleepers. Love the headboard- no lost pillows or hitting your head on a wall. Update - lower rating - out of two purchased we just took the second one out and it seems to have a slow leak. This is disappointing because they are not cheap and I’ve already discarded the boxes knowing the first air mattress was good. I reached out to customer service letting them know the issue and they immediately sent me a replacement! Updated my rating due to great customer service (which is 24/7/365 they respond swift which hopefully helps to fix the address issue we have). Hopefully I get the replacement bc it was shipped to my prior address, they were great at trying to fix that swiftly as well. ... show more
