Bought for use as a spare bed for a friend visiting. Great value. The only downside is how loud the pump is while inflating. It is very comfortable and firm. It stays firm for 2-3 days without needing to be reinflayed. Will definitely purchase again in the future for camping and trips.

We are returning this because if you don't lie exactly in the middle, you'll roll off during sleep! It happened to us. That's hard to do while you are asleep! The fabric is good quality and it didn't lose too much air after first filling. So maybe this will work for you. But for us, of average weight, the mattress wasn't stable enough to be 12" high. Filling it more made it more unstable and filling it less made it impossible to turn over on one's side. The included pump wasn't too slow (as some other reviews indicated.) Our biggest problem with the pump was that it didn't seem to really fit the air valve and kept falling out if left unattended while filling. It's also designed in a way that the pump couldn't just sit on the floor while filling. So the whole process might require you to squat down on the floor during the mattress filling process. This might be difficult for some users who are less mobile, or in very tight spaces. All in all the material quality seems good and we've been INTEX customers for years, but this mattress wasn't a win for us. YMMV ... show more

Upon receipt of bed In preparation for pending guest visit Inflated and took nap. Bed was nice and comfortable. Left inflated for several days before deflating. Now a month later guest will arrive in 3 days. Could not inflate because inflation valve came apart when attaching nozzle. (The pump still worked well.). Too late for a refund so will just chuck into trash and hope the new bed purchased will arrive in time. Did NOT buy another Intex product. ... show more
