Most Unhappy Customer
Style: 15,000-Watt Dual Fuel
I purchased this generator in January '26. From the date I purchased it the idle control switch on the generator did not work. I have been in contact with the customer service representative since January. I was asked to send pictures and videos of the problem. I did so. Still not fixed. I have sent email after email for the last 5 months and still not fixed. They sent a replacement part that I had to install and it still is not fixed, it's actually worse because now the light on the idle control switch does not work. Still wondering if they honor the warranty, so far I don't think so. Wondering if they are just leading us on and hoping that we will go away and not pursue the fix for my generator. So buyer beware
