I love this Closet organizer!! I have never written a review for anything but just had to for this unit! I also purchased the extra drawers (additional 4 drawers) I actually have one that sits underneath on the floor and not that it's needed but its extra support and an extra drawer! I don't have heavy things in the drawers: socks, wallets, small bags, bras, hats. So much clutter is organized now!! Wish it was offered in other colors.

I am pleased with the quality of this storage hanger. I just put it on my portable rack, so I haven't yet stored items in it but will update once I do. It seems to have a heavy duty feel to it. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is due to it missing a cardboard/fabric insert for one of the boxes. I was able to take on of the two received and use it as an outline to cut from one of my Amazon boxes as a make shift extended. But I believe this is an oversight that should have been caught through quality control in addition to the fact that I like to receive the entire item I paid for. Will update when I store items and potentially if the manufacturer/seller does anything about my missing piece when I contact them. *update: I would say this is a heavy duty drawer. In the top I have several baby bathing items (multiple liquid soap bottles, lotions, towels, etc) it holds them all very well. In the other drawers/cubbies I have clothing and bedding articles and the area keeps its shape even when over packed. I contacted the manufacturer about the missing piece, they were very pleasant and wanted to verify my address to get the missing piece to me however to date (1/23/21) I have still not received anything. Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to updating my rating. Other than that I would have rated them perfectly. 1yr update: still going strong. Never got the insert, but my cardboard is doing the trick. I'd say this is a quality item. Would recommend, would buy again. 4 stars still for the company's lack of follow through.

I received this item in a short time which was great as I'm using it in a kids room for organizing; however, I didn't receive the hooks needed to hang the item and I'm not sure how to get this particular item sent to me to complete the product? It was a little more then I wanted to spend but looked to be just sturdy enough and large enough to serve it's purpose without having to replace it in 6 months ( I believe in the saying, "you get what you pay for"). As I read through the comments this seemed to be a regular issue with the seller/packaging so I can only suggest that they be more vigilant when packaging the item. It's a simple mistake that could obviously be avoided and at the price of the item I'm sure clients don't want to spend extra money in completing the product for use.

I purchased this for my infant son's closet and I love it! The colors are perfect for the theme of his nursery, but it has been wonderful as a "catch all" for all of the small baby items that add up (bibs, burp cloths, socks, hats, mittens, etc.) that you don't necessarily want to devote a whole drawer to, but want to keep organized. It was incredibly easy to assemble and looks great! Because I'm not putting lots of items in and on this, and because what I am putting in/on it is relatively light weight, I can't speak for how this would work for purposes other than what I'm using it for, but I can see how some would see that it's very easily moved and tends to sway. I remedied this by essentially anchoring it with the pictured Whitmor Double Closet Rods (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000QWKP7K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which fit perfectly on either side of the hanging shelf and prevent it from swinging around in the closet. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this purchase!

The only thing worth noting is that the drawers are hard to use in the lower cubbies since the bottom is not fixed to anything, so it kinda swings around. It definitely takes two hands to open or close the drawers. But I like it & am going to buy another one.

I've had 3 back surgeries since 2015, so in place of using my dresser had the collapsible boxes on a shelf in my closet. We just moved and I was looking for a different way. This was perfect. I added 2 of my other drawers and put my underwear, bras, and socks on the top and some things on bottom I don't use every day. It's perfect! Some people in other reviews mentioned it hard pulling out the drawers, I don't have to open all the way and have no problems.

Unpacked and assembled in about 30 seconds. When you don't need it, the entire assembly folds flat for easy storage. The fabric drawers make it look much nicer than alternative organizers out there. I'm using it for shoes and clothing, so far it feels very sturdy. The bottom of the drawers looks like it's made of cardboard, so be cautious not to get it wet. Will update if any problems arise.
