It honestly should not be this hard to use a $400 plus camera. The "app" that I am REQUIRED to use in order to even used this product does not install on my phone even though it is a 64 bit phone and should in theory be more than enough according to what i have looked up, even when I do some how get it to connect I am still unable to "activate" the dang thing and it keeps telling me to download the app that I JUST USED TO CONNECT TO IT.... unless I am missing something not real impressed, ... show more

I went for a swim in the bahamas with my insta360 and since then it wont turn on. I contacted support, but they just push me to another department and on and on and on.
