I initially had a brand new insta360 One X2. Unfortunately, I fell and cracked the display while hiking up a trail. Luckily, I got a refund under a protection warranty I purchased along with the camera. However, the total amount was not enough to buy a brand new replacement. So, I decided to buy a renewed one. Oh well, big mistake. As you can see, in the attached photo there are smudges internally. At first, I thought it was outside of the lens until I cleaned it properly, and still to no avail. I already returned the item for a refund and planned to buy a new replacement instead. I hope to get my refund soon because a new one is on sale for $386. ... show more

The slim design makes it easy to carry in your pocket. I also have a Gear360 but I appreciate this sleek look. The battery life is impressive considering the tiny touch screen display. Recommend getting a lens cover and some kind of stand for it. The social media aspect to it is pretty cool. I hope it gains traction and incorporates with VR headsets. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have taken great care with this thing, never got it wet, never dropped it, today I turned it on and it is bricked, nothing I do seems to get it to work. Of course its only 8 days past the return window so I am SOL and pissed. Huge waste of money!
