I’m very happy with my purchase. Basically I wanted a big Fire TV and trusted insignia because I already own one for 5+ years, still going strong. I might get a sound bar or something like that at some point because of my space. But, TV works well. This 65 inch is the biggest TV I’ve had. I wanted to wait and save for The Frame TV. But I had my old 24 inch Insignia fire tv, which I love but it’s WAY too small for the space(and old). So I caved and got this one and I’m very happy, I have my giant fire TV. I’m an iPhone user, but once I had a fire tv, I could not go back. (I’ve had an Apple TV.) I did NOT want a Roku TV, even if some are cheaper. I didn’t want to get a fire stick, although I did gift my friend one and it works great!! It was kind of a headache to schedule shipping with Best Buy, but I did it. They’ll send you a message with a link to copy and paste and schedule. But I got a call saying I needed to reschedule because of stock, and so I did and the TV came on the original date scheduled… so I don’t know. I even debated picking up in person, but I’m glad I got it delivered. They do NOT set up the TV.

So I had a sony 75inch TV that tipped over and broke. Was worth about 2k at the time. I down graded to this 65 inch for $300 and can honestly say im very impressed for the price. Remote is very responsive and simple. Having a 3 and 6 yr old always got me in fear of them breaking it thats why I went for this. Works amazing for the value. But like every tv you should have a good sound bar for it. The only negative thing i can say is the mounting screws are low so I couldnt use it for my old wall mount unless I lowered its old position. Would definitely recommend. Im going to buy a smaller version for my mom for $150. We are humble people so this is amazing quality for ppl raised in the 90s.

Love it! We had to replace our TV and love that it's Fire TV ready. Beautiful picture and easy to set up. So glad we got this one. Has a beautiful picture and sound is okay but we hooked it up to our sound bar so it works great. Highly recommend!

This is a great tv and the picture is really good in my opinion. The only complaint is that the TV does lag a little. The sounds quality is good for what I need it for, though when watching movies and wanting more of a theater experience, the tv needs to be up much louder. I would suggest if you like to watch movies that may be a little quieter, that you may want to get a surround sound. It was very easy to get the mount I had onto the tv and get it mounted on my tv stand. Turning it on, it was easy to get logged into my Amazon account and set everything up. Though, I have not yet figured out the Apple mirroring, it is a lot more complicated than I think it should be.

This is my second purchase of this TV. Love it for the value. I can only speak for myself but I won't spend thousands of dollars on a big screen. This is a fantastic value for the money. My most recent purchase must be a newer model to the one I bought two years ago because the picture is even better. The size is amazing and my girlfriend says my room is like a movie theatre. Of course, you get all of your channels.

Good enough tv but missing some power for my needs but still decent. The display gets a 4/5 The sound gets a 3/5 The Fire OS 2/5 Smoothness when using alternative streaming apps 2/5 I should give it a 3 for average but i was missing having a large tv which this fills that void so I give it an extra star
