I've been searching for a boxing trainer for months. When I found this one, I decided to give it I try. I honestly was disappointed when I received the item. It will come with toy-type boxing gloves that won't protect your hand during a workout, I ended up getting just a regular pair of gloves separately. For the price, I expected the sound not to be the best, but I didn't think that it was going to be that bad. You can sync your phone with your music, but the quality of the sound is really bad and it won't sync the punches with the beat. The response of the device is not the best either, I think that the product needs a lot of improvement. ... show more

    • Sometimes doesn't read the hit
I'm not sure why but sometimes mine doesn't read the hit, I have to hit at it a couple times for it to accept. The speaker is meh quality too but it does work, just think of like an old radio type sound. But I don't think it's meant to be fancy for the price. The speaker is really just a perk. The gloves are junk, maybe okay for a child but very cheaply made. I still like this though, it gets some frustration out, it's fun, it's a nice little exercise too if u do it for a while. ... show more

    • Decent cardio with a few caveats
Packaging & build quality seem fine. Built in music is lackluster as is the sound quality. Bluetooth is a must. Overall, nice changeup to cardio routine but I've experienced better. Straps are fine but make suee only to stick to flat surface. My walls are textured so fell off first time.

    • Hit and miss
This was a disappointment, to say the least. The trainer is not very responsive and some hits do not register. The instructions are very poor and useless. I could not figure out how to shut it off and it does not seem to hold a charge. Additionally, it mounts with velcro straps that stick to the wall so you will ruin your wall if it is painted and may peel part of the sheetrock with it when you remove it. The sound quality is very poor and the built-in music is video game type that is good for toddlers, not adults. The gloves that come with it are a joke and you will hurt yourself if you use them.
