This laser hair removal gun is compact, easy to hold, and seems powerful! This was my first time using a laser hair removal device, and when it came time to test it out I was being a bit of a chicken. My husband tried it first and didn't feel a thing, which was reassuring until I remembered that he doesn't experience pain in a normal way at all. I worked up the courage to zap myself, and it... felt like nothing! The device comes with instructions that say to test spots on the first power level before doing a full treatment, and if you're a first timer like me I would definitely recommend it. Neither of us had an adverse reaction, but better safe!I I am impressed with the cooling feature. I don't know how it works, but the front of the unit really does feel very cold when I apply it to my skin. It otherwise doesn't feel like much, maybe a little twinge on the middle-range settings, and I've been getting more comfortable using it as I continue. Positioning the window over the next patch of skin over is getting easier with practice, too, the front of the device being so much wider can make it feel misleadingly huge. The eye protection glasses it comes with are poorly molded, resulting in thicker spots toward the center which I find distort my vision enough to make my eyes water. It's a weird complaint, but as the glasses are necessary for safe use of this device I wanted to mention it. I will be looking for other glasses that are suitable to use instead. The device also comes with a razor, which I expect serves more as a reminder to shave your skin first than as a useful tool. It is not a particularly nice razor, a grade above a stick disposable, but it would get the job done if you didn't already have one available to use. The media could not be loaded. Excluding the plug, the charging cord is about 5 ft or 60 inches. Do not use extension cords, plug directly in the wall. Highly advise reading the manual and instruction pamphlets before use. Even if you have owned another IPL device before, please read all the pamphlets before use. I love that it comes with safety glasses, a razor and cleaning cloth. Be sure to just wipe the contact side after each use for good habits. The pamphlet walks you through how to prepare your areas before using the IPL, what you need to start with in regards to level and wearing goggles, gives you option to use manual or automatic, explains the flashing mode, so if you are not ha ing skin contact it won't flash and it won't work. Then cleaning and talks about overheating. Be mindful of skin tone, skin blemishes, skin issues, skin areas allowed and not etc which is why I highly recommend you fully read the pamphlets not just for safety but for best performance n proper use. After using this 3x in one week after hair removal not a razor but a hair pulling device. I did not see hair return in 1 week. The 2nd week a few hairs returned so I removed the hair again and used the device in those areas. It is possible it is new hair or hair not removed from previous time but was under skin so keep at it and use it as per instructions and keep Shaving or pull hairs with hair removal tool and you will see both reduction in hair returning and smoother skin. This is lightweight easy to hold and easy to operate. Now that the legs are looking good, I am ready to work on armpits next. ... show more

I am a first-time user of an IPL hair removal device, and I am very pleased with this INNZA model, having used it for the past three weeks. I am currently only using it on one small area of my body, and I was a little intimidated by the process to begin with, but have been comfortably using this device three times each week. I have seen the expected results of thinner, more sparse hair, as described in the manual, and have every expectation that the results will continue to improve over time. I started out using a lower setting, but have gradually increased the intensity as I’ve used it, without any pain or uncomfortableness. My only annoyance is with the protective glasses, and it’s a very slight peeve: They always fog up. The glasses nestle so close to my face that they steam up immediately, but given that the hair removal process is pretty quick for one small area, I can tolerate it. However, if I decide to tackle a larger region like my legs where I’d have to wear the glasses for an extended period of time, I would be highly annoyed by them fogging up. Overall, I am quite pleased with the IPL hair removal device itself and have seen the results I expect so far, so at this time, it earns a five-star rating. ... show more

this is super easy to use and relatively painless. I'm feeling a little nervous about doing "at home laser" though so I am discontinuing using it. Hard to see if there's any real effects after just a few attempts.

I'm new to owning a laser for hair removal and therefore don't have anything to compare this device against. I know that there are claims out there, that home use lasers aren't really effective and that if they would work they needed to come with proper safety equipment and training to avoid accidental burns and eye damage. I therefore cannot say if this product works or not. It is supposed to deliver results in roughly weeks. I used it for a couple days now and don't see any change yet eventhough my hair has the correct color for efficient use. I do like the cooling function for soothing the skin after treatment. The device is easy to hold and maneuver. The front of the device is a bit clunky for my taste and the protection glasses are not well made. ... show more
