Saw another team parent that had similar warmers and she mentioned getting them here. Searched out these and really like the design. They are small enough to fit in your hand while also providing enough heat to get the job done. They have a simple button that toggles between the 3 heat levels. We have not needed anything higher than the lowest level yet. It is a mild winter yet so will see how they work when it gets colder. Nice to have a small battery for phones too. It slowly recharged my iPhone while I was still using it. The phone would have died without this as a power bank. Not sure how quickly it would go if sitting idle. The magnet between the 2 halves is quite strong. We loaned one to a friend during a game and they ended up ordering 2 sets for themselves. We ended up with a second one too. I didn't pay attention to the instructions but am handy so it only took me a few minutes to determine how long to hold the button, what the different colors and number of lights mean, etc. It could be easier so I only gave it 4 starts for easy to use. Red light means heating and blue light means how much power is left. I definitely recommend this handwarmer.

After a full charge of around an hour, I check temps on all 3 settings using temp tester (automotive type). Temp reads at different locations Low 101, med 111 , hot 128. Bareable to hold in the hand and if hands are sensitive came with a carry pouch and two charge cables. Burn time was 3:55, and 4.o hours individual while magnitized together. So I charged again and tested in a dish in freezer at 34* temp, still burned same amount of time although only to about 120 on surface as it was cold. Same 4 hours. Will they hold up over time, I dont know but for the price simple and i have not even tried the phone charge capabilities. Im ordering two more sets for xmas soon as Im done with this review. Destroy is listed 7 times in the User Manual. Who knows? maybe the manufacture should have offered 2 bowls of rice for translation services. This item is such a cool idea. I can use it when I'm cold plus have a back-up power supply. I just love magnets! It does do what it promises more or less. Heats quickly, yet cannot maintain warm heat outside in below freezing windy weather. I do not think any product can emit enough BTUs to even be safe to hold in your hand in freezing windy weather. In 30 F degree with 20 mph winds my hand did not stay warm, yet they did not get COLD! You have to get in heat mode and wait to adjust temp. For the price and the promise of a back-up power supply, it is a nice gadget but may not be a game changer. Edges are kind of rough but is comfortable to hold. Each side must be charged separately, 2 USB to USB C cable are included. UPDATE APRIL 2022 : I used this several times this past winter. It works great would buy again

Bought this item on sale new and it has clearly been used and abused. Came in sealed packaging, charging ports are all scratched up so it's noticeable it has been used. Skuffs and scratches all over the product,I am not happy. Hard to tell if this is a good product when I cannot for sure tell if this product is even working the way it is supposed to. Seems to warm.up definitely not warm enough on the highest setting to keep my hands warm in my pockets with the new england weather. Looks like amazon was at fault for shipping me a used item, the seller immediately reached out and sent a new device. Was recieved quickly and in new condition. Hand warmers charge quickly and warm up nice. The temperature is not that warm even on the highest setting but I do like that they have duel purpose. I would not recomend these if you live in the Appalachian areas or anywhere it gets negative temperatures but they are, OK better than nothing.
