If there are no tape on the top, proceed to Step 2 Step 2: Turn cartridge upside down and remove the orange cap/bracket off the cartridge Step 3: Insert the cartridge into the corresponding slot and push down on the cartridge until you hear a click sound Step 4: This Step is optional. Run a Printhead clean on the cartridge. this will flush out residue leftover from previous use

    • Nice replacement ink for Canon TR8620 printer.
I've used non-branded printer inks for years with good results. This ink is no exception, works well. Colors are rich and true. Used successfully in my Canon TR8620 printer and can be used in other printers that use PGI-280 and CLI-281 size cartridges. They were immediately recognized as "genuine Canon" by my printer but, of course, they are not. These cartridges DO NOT have the light-up cartridge latches like Canon, a nice feature but not necessary. Otherwise the printer is happy with them and so am I. ... show more
