It does so many tasks. The RF and air shot modes are impressive. Infusion mode seams good. Not feeling the EMS mode much so I don’t use it. The cooling mode takes a minute to produce a chill but gets there eventually. Thermal RF also takes time to warm up. The instruction booklet is difficult to read and gives little information. Inia seems to rely on media influencers to show you how to use the Sphera and there is a steep learning curve. The important rule is to keep it moving during use. I’ve had mine for a month and use it several times a week. I’m still learning how to maximize its technology to my skin dynamic. ... show more

I wonder if mine is working properly it hurts a lot on my skin. I used level 1 and I use a lot of the gel that is provided, but I hardly stand it on my face. I almost cry! It is working properly?
