This paddle board is AMAZING. From the moment I opened it I was impressed. There's so much to say I'm going to have to fit it into categories: Size: It is large enough to fit 2 grown adults and a dog. Inflation: Easy to figure out if you read the instructions. I inflated mine to about 12 psi and it worked great. The pump is nice, it takes about 5 minutes and it works your arms, but that's ok. Accessories: The dry bag and phone case are LIFESAVERS. The dry bag fits perfectly under the straps and it comes with a securing rope so you can attach it to the board. When I jumped off the board, my friend fell off and took our phone under with her(while we were recording). Luckily it was around her neck, and after an inspection, it didn't have a drop of water on it, not to mention we got the whole thing a video. The case is very nice, if you do a bit of folding and maneuvering, everything does fit, although i carry the dry bag separately. I love that it comes with backpack straps, i dont think i could have carried it from the car to the lake. It's pretty heavy, but manageable. The paddle DOES FLOAT. I know some people said it didn't but i tested it and as long at it has not been submerged for a long time, it should float. The board: The moment we blew it up, I knew it was durable. The padding/shell on top is nice if you want to bring dogs, and it just seems durable if you want to bring your furry friends. It has a beautiful design, and is comfortable to see and stand on. It's very stable, and I was able to stand up on the board for the first time and not fall over. I think this board is perfect for beginners as it comes with everything you need to start paddle boarding. It's high quality and an amazing value for money. I recommend this board 100%. If you've been thinking about trying paddle boarding, then you need this board!

UPDATED!! To 5 stars! The company credited me back some money to purchase a new fin and I’m looking forward to using the board this week. Easy to blow up, high quality. Currently rating this with 2 stars because the board was shipped without one of the 2 smaller fins. I have attempted to contact the company twice via the Amazon messenger with no success to get a replacement fin. I do not want to send the entire thing back (I didn't keep the packaging, my fault) and I don't want to pay for replacement fins.

Aside from the ridiculous AI-powered marketing videos and owners manual description. The GENREEN SUP has been great. I was able to inflate it with the included pump in about 3 minutes of vigorous pumping. I appreciated the pump having a built-in gauge, as getting the right pressure is important without over-inflating. The connection from the pump hose to the valve was pretty frustrating, however - it kept wanting to leak as it was flexed around by the moving hose (the hose attaches to the handle of the pump when inflating, so it gets shaken around a lot). I ended up using the hose from a different SUP pump that swapped in perfectly and gave me no issues. I'll be contacting the seller to see if I can get a replacement hose, as this one is essentially useless... On the water, it performed great. It glided along with ease, the fins kept it going straight on the smooth lake water, and the paddle was tall enough for my 6'1" frame. The bag easily fits the SUP and all the accessories without resorting to stuffing it all in. The straps weren't super comfortable but do the job fine on a quick walk from the car to the beach/shore. My other complaint is in the fin sockets on the SUP. The design is susceptible to a bit of warping in the injection molding process, which made the fins a bit hard to get in - the end of the socket warped down, preventing the fin from easily sliding into it. I was able to make it fit with some flexing and forcing, and some simple filing on the fin/socket could make that much better. However, this is something that could easily be improved by the manufacturer.
