The media could not be loaded. I was excited to try this clear kayak, expecting a 4- or 5-star experience. It arrived compactly packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, with thoughtful protection for standout edges. However, as I spent more time with it, I found a few drawbacks that led me to downgrade it to 3 stars. The paddles are made of molded plastic that feels too narrow and lacks the durability I had hoped for. While the kayak itself is clear plastic, I wish it had been a few millimeters thicker for added strength—though I understand maintaining clarity requires a balance. The storage bag was another issue. Its material seems prone to damage from sun exposure, and it arrived with a hole in the bottom seam that doesn’t appear to be designed for drainage. So why 3 stars and not 1? The clear design is undeniably cool, letting you see beneath you as you paddle. At 6 feet tall, I had plenty of legroom in this two-person setup—more than I’ve experienced in rental kayaks. My wife and I fit comfortably, something we’ve struggled with in other tandem models. Ultimately, this kayak isn't for everyone, but for those who want a relaxing way to explore clear waters, it can be a great choice. ... show more
