I forgot to update my review a few weeks back. Customer service was amazing in response to my complaint. They were quick to help me troubleshoot the problem with the toy and figure out what the problem was. They sent me new parts that arrived quickly. The replacement was a quick and easy fix. The toy was back up and running with no more issues. I now have a very happy 5 yr old grandson. They also made sure to tell me that there was a 6 month warranty on the toy and guaranteed that if I have any other issues to do not hesitate to contact them. Stopped working in less than a month. Motor and peddle refuse to work, even after charging. Now I am getting the runaround on getting a refund or replacement. This is an expensive item to stop working so quickly.

Fits my 6 year old perfect great size easy to put together. Charges fast but dies pretty quickly in like an hour to an hour n half cause my son is autistic n will keep it on fast speed so it dies fast but he enjoy. His favorite thing to play with outside. Drives ok outside goes thru dirt n grass fine. Will get stuck in tall bushy grass not that well for the woods.

We bought this for our 18-month-old, knowing he was a little small for it. His older siblings help him, but the pedal feature is a little hard for him. We have a different ATV with a thumb button gas, which is easier for him, but this works fine for my slightly older kids. Our 3 and 6yo drive it great. We usually use the slow speed because the fast is harder for them. It plays music, has lights, and the battery life lasted much longer than expected when we lost the charging cord. We put it together fairly easily on Christmas Eve without mishap.

Purchased 3 of these, and after a month, one of them did not go forward - only backwards. Customer service sent step by step instructions on how to check the switch and offered help if the steps taken didn’t work. Steps worked. Kids love them. Fast charge and fun.

Quality is great and durable. The speed though isn't consistent with the 12V it says it is. We have a tractor ride on vehicle for another grandchild that's 12V, and it goes quiet a bit faster than this vehicle does. For very young children this might not be a bad thing. It also doesn't with a remote for parents. The price was great.
