This is my first time using this stuff, I've only ever used regular hook and loop before. This product is soo much better! It's stronger, easier, and just feels better all around. Instead of the fabric-y loose feel of hook and loop, this dual lock stuff has a nice click into place when you attach two pieces. I'm using it to hand acrylic wall art that don't have hangers for a nail. So far I have no worry of them falling down. Feels very solid. And the adhesive seems to be quite good as well. Most adhesive things don't stick to my walls for some reason but this stuff is holding up great. It's a little expensive compared to regular hook and loop, I wouldn't necessarily want to buy it for everything, but I wanted to make sure my art was sturdy on the wall and this did not disappoint.

ordered these primarily for holding guitar pedals onto their pedal board. The main attraction is strong (and predictable) 3M brand adhesive. As long as the surface is prepped and clean, these stick well. Some of the pedals I own have a rubber bottom so nothing sticks 3m or otherwise so be sure to cut away and remove existing adhesive residue. These lock into place with a nice click compared to velcro with its tear-away "rip". Handy for other purposes like TV remotes and other gadgets. Good value especially as my order included a pair of SS sissors.
