This was a perfect chair until I realized the strap was missing. I purchased two of the Egg Swing Chairs and with the exception of the missing strap for one of the chairs, they were great. They were easy to put together and are of great quality and an excellent addition to my new deck. I was disappointed when the strap was missing and I called Amazon and they were no help, they just wanted me to return the item for a refund. I already waited a week to receive it and put it up I had no desire to take it apart for a strap and they were no help in reaching out to the seller to just send a strap. The swing chair assembled easily enough. One leg screw I had to kind of force it. The swing chair is comfortable. 1 con is where your head rests it's a little too far forward with the pillow included. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. Very good quality though.
