The quality of the basketball hoop was excellent, from the backboard to the rim to the net. The quality of the basketballs were also quite good, especially the amount that was provided (4 basketballs). This product also comes with a small plastic hand pump and needle, so you are able to get to playing right after set up. The included hardware worked well, and the directions were easy to follow along, as my 16 year old son was able to assemble it by himself.
