This is exactly what I wanted. Heavy duty...not squishy. I have purchased the cheaper stuff in the past. This is the real deal. It is 100% rubber. Not partial rubber like other brands. Went together perfect. My garage gym looks and feels incredible. Well worth the investment.

Yes there is some off-gassing. Luckily it’s summer and I have the windows open and the fans going. Not a big deal. (I slept fine last night, the first night after installation.) These mats are super easy to put together! And fun. They look very nice. (I originally ordered the black but realized within a few hours that the grey would probably hide dirt better and go better in my apartment. I contacted the company who told me to cancel the original order and place a new one. I was a bit worried about that but it worked out fine.) They’re just installed yesterday, but they’re clearly very durable. I did a lot of research online, and this product stood out. I can already tell it was the right choice. I can’t wait for the rest of my home gym equipment to arrive so I can plop it on top of this rubber flooring!

We purchased this to lay over a concrete floor in our basement, which we wanted to repurpose as a home gym. What can I say - this is exactly what we needed! It was easy to buy a base pack and then add additional pieces for the irregular space we had. It’s got a little spring in it, but it’s pretty solid and seems very durable. And the black with grey fleck hides the dirt pretty well :) It was also extremely easy to install, all the sides clicking into place very neatly. We just had to cut a notch off one of the corners when making an odd shape (see the third photo) - it took 1 minute with a steel rule and a craft knife. We spent several hundred dollars on this flooring and we are really pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend this product if you are trying to do something similar. (Also, the customer service from the seller was great. Thank you). (Added note - some people have complained about the smell of these tiles. We didn’t notice any issue. Out of the packet, laid on the floor, no smell, done!)

The tiles were exactly what I was looking for and work great for my home gym. They are high quality and very durable; not like the foam-based tiles I had previously. They also fit together easily and seamlessly. The one major drawback is that they do smell terrible (as stated on other reviews) and I had to air out my basement for almost two weeks to get rid of the smell. I would highly recommend airing them out outside somewhere before installing them in your home. I might purchase more to cover more area and definitely plan to do air-out beforehand.

Bought mats for a 12x16 area for weightlifting and aerobic workouts. Installed on a concrete (basement) floor. Delivery was on time or ahead of expected. Got exactly what was ordered. These mats lock tight, they do not slip. They are their advertised thickness, which is standard for a gym mat. This makes them a little thin for high impact activities (burpees, for instance) without additional padding. I can't hold this against them, because they are exactly what was described. They arrive with a bit of an odor - they are a rubber product, I can't see how they would not. It is not overpowering. This suited our needs entirely. Would buy again.

The boxes these arrived in were pretty flimsy and beaten up, but the tiles themselves were perfect. They are made of a dense recycled rubber and appear very durable. Their jigsaw edges fit together very well without any gapping. There may be a slight "tire" smell, but I have not noticed any bad odors some may have mentioned. I installed these on a concrete floor, and there is no creep or slide. Neither the bench nor weights sink into the surface. This padding is very dense with little to no give under load. Nice flooring for bench and dumbbell workout.

I usually don't post reviews unless the product is awesome! This product is great quality for a great price! The fit & cut matched perfectly works great in my place! Like the other reviews there is a rubber smell, but I find it's normal when this comes from the factory. The easy solution is to leave it outside to air out the smell for 24-48 hours and your good to go!

This rubber flooring is high quality thick rubber and did not have the strong odor described by some . I did an entire 11x 14 workout room and it turned out great.
