I got the S/M wrist sleeve to help with some mild pain I experience in my hand, thumb, wrist from overuse (phone, computer, etc). I've only had it for 2 days so the verdict is probably still out and I'm sure more time is needed. So far it is great. It is comfortable, and appropriately snug. I think I can tell a difference in pain level -- my wrist, thumb, and hand feel like they have a little less pain and tightness. Daily I stretch my hand backwards, and have noticed that it is slightly less tight/less painful during this stretch. Is it the cuff? Is it something else? I do notice that it offers padding and some support when I type on my lap top, so right away that activity feels much better. The compression also feels really nice. I was hesitant at first to spend $29 on a cuff, but do feel like it is fulfilling a nice compression role and computer/typing support that I might expect out of a more expensive cuff/wrist guard. Also, because it only comes to the wrist, and not over the thumb, I can wear it more around the house without getting it wet, doing dishes/similar chores. I'll try to update later with observations.

They've been somewhat helpful with my wrist pains (maybe some placebo effect), along with stretching and strengthening. I would say the quality on these are a bit iffy. Mine started to fray after a COUPLE full (not intensively active) days of wearing. Not sure if this expected or not... but when you pay a premium price, it wasn't a good feeling.

I started suffering from carpel tunnel and bought several different braces to try. Most of them just felt too bulky and I felt like they interfered with my typing. I decided to give this brand a shot and now they are my absolute favorite! They are so soft and stretchy that at first I was skeptical that it would even work, but I cannot live without it! I ended up ordering a spare to be safe and I purchased some of their compression socks because I liked this wrist cuff so much. The compression socks are just as good! They just feel like normal socks, not those awful ones that feel like nylons. Yet they work great! Very impressed with this brand overall!

I think it us just a placebo effect when you initially put this on. My mother swore by it for her legs. I have had intermittent pain in my wrist for a few months(mind you, I'm not getting any younger). I decided to try these and initially I didn't feel any relief. After about 24 hours my wrist seemed to be feeling better. Here's the thing... I've gone through waves of days where my wrist is achy and then the next day, better and then achy a few days later. So essentially, this was the same result as I was having prior to trying the product. I haven't and cannot seem to correlate anything that I am doing that may be causing the achiness. I've worn it now for 4 days and my wrist is back to where it was. Maybe their other products are more effective, but the asking price of $30 for a small piece of fabric seemed a bit extreme before purchasing ... and my skepticism seems to be correct. They do keep my wrist warm(or maybe that is just my body, since I tend to stay warm) ... so I'd say $5-10$ would be the right asking price if it was liable a "wrist warmer". Cheers.

I have been a massage therapist for almost 8 years and have never had an injury take me out of work. A month or so ago I ended up falling and spraining my wrist. After a week of being out of work, I had to go back. Not at 100% healed either! Gotta pay the bills! But I was trying to use my right wrist less than normal. Which is my main wrist!! About two days ago I got the wrist sleeve and the next day I wore it to work -mind you -I had 8 massages to do that day. After 3 days of wearing this sleeve my wrist feels 10X better. And it was hurting every single day since the sprain. I don’t know what magic is in this wrist sleeve but I am very impressed. Thank you! This is a must have for massage therapists or for anyone! Wash it! Wear it! My clients didn’t even really notice I had it on. I will be buying more of their products probably!
