Runs smaller than recommended measurements. My bicep measured is 13 inches and the S/M size cut into my upper arm. I’m exchanging for a L. Otherwise I like the sleeve as compared to other pull on braces.

I’ve been using the Incrediwear arm sleeve for a few weeks now, and I am truly impressed. I suffer from occasional elbow pain and tendinitis, and this sleeve has made a huge difference in my daily comfort. It’s lightweight, breathable, and provides just the right amount of compression without feeling too tight or restrictive. What I love most is that it works quickly—within minutes of putting it on, I feel relief. The fabric is soft and smooth against the skin, and I can wear it for hours without any irritation. It also helps reduce swelling, and I’ve noticed my arm feels less fatigued after a long workout or a day of heavy lifting. I wear it during workouts, as well as when I’m just doing everyday tasks like typing or driving. It stays in place, doesn’t roll down, and is machine washable for easy care. I wear to sleep after Judo and BJJ. Works great to reduce soreness and seems to help me recover faster for the next day. One-star taken off because the material is easily stretched out if you stretch it too hard. If in doubt, order one size up. My arm measured 15"; the medium was way too tight that it was painful. This sleeves are awesome. Great construction and prime material. The compression is right and helps with recovery after any session of grappling. The sleeve stays in place even if used during practice. These best feature is that it helps with pain relief within minutes of wearing it. These are my second pair and I love them!     • Incrediwear makes great wraps, compression sleeves and braces

These are pretty handy, no pun intended. I've had some weird issues with tingling and numbness in my whole arms. Up past the elbow and above. The last orthopedic surgeon I visited told me it was carpal tunnel and clearly exclaimed that compression and icing the arms WOULD NOT HELP! So then the condition flares up again after I do a bunch of physical labor, then I get these sleeves. I start wearing them while I work AND I start icing my arms and they have both helped SO MUCH! Frustrated that I was clearly (IMHO) misdiagnosed, but glad that good ol' compression and ice help. I've found that if I wear these while doing work that requires a good grip (cutting wood with an axe, chopping off branches with saws, hauling wood, shoveling, etc. ) then the inflamation/numbness is significantly better the next day than if I'd worn nothing. So I highly recommend these! I also have some Incrediwear braces for knee and ankle (because I've abused my body throughout my life) and they're all great! ... show more

First and foremost, the fit of these arm sleeves was far from satisfactory. Despite following the sizing guidelines provided, the sleeves did not fit properly. They were either too loose or too tight, resulting in an uncomfortable and awkward fit. This lack of proper fit made wearing the sleeves a cumbersome experience. Moreover, I found that these arm sleeves did not provide the promised relief or assistance. The claims of reducing inflammation and relieving pain were not realized in my case. I did not experience any noticeable improvement in my arm or elbow discomfort while using these sleeves. The lack of effectiveness was disappointing, considering the specific purpose these sleeves were designed for. The materials used in the construction of these sleeves, consisting of 63% Polyester, 27% Nylon, and 10% Spandex, did not contribute to their overall performance. The imported nature of the product did not translate into a higher level of quality or functionality. I had expected better results given the specific fabric blend claimed to offer anti-inflammatory benefits and increased blood flow. Unfortunately, this did not seem to be the case. Additionally, the cleaning instructions provided were standard and did not set these sleeves apart from other similar products. While the sleeves were easy to clean, with the recommendation to wash them warm or cold and tumble dry low, this convenience did not compensate for their lack of effectiveness ... show more

I tried the cheaper arm sleeves for strained biceps and triceps and they did absolutely nothing, no support at all. These are a bit more pricey but the work and if you are purchasing them, you absolutely need them to work.
