(The photo shows the bracelet with the protective film applied.) I recently purchased the Cartier Love Bracelet (Medium). Since I work in an office and use my laptop every day, I knew my bracelet would end up getting scratched pretty quickly. That’s why I decided to try this bracelet protector, and so far it’s been doing an amazing job! The width of the film matches the bracelet perfectly. The only thing I found a little confusing was the length. I ended up using the longer pieces, which may be why the film doesn’t adhere perfectly in the spot from the video. Thankfully, the package comes with several extra protectors, so I can always replace it if needed. I was originally going to give this product 4 stars because I thought $28 was a bit expensive. However, I changed it to 5 stars because, in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth spending $28 to protect a $7,000 bracelet. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their Cartier bracelet looking new and prefers to avoid the scratches and wear that eventually create the so-called “vintage” look. ... show more

This product consists of some preparation items and instructions and a clear protective film to go on to a Cartier love bracelet to prevent it from getting damaged. I must say the kit is pretty well thought out and most of the trouble I had came from what I am assuming is English being a second language. The kit comes with an instruction card which also has QR codes on it, but more about that in a moment. The first step is using the provided alcohol wipe to clean the bracelet off and then dry it with the small microfiber cloth. No problems there. The next step is to use the "dust absorber" in the kit. Perhaps I am not too bright, but I did not understand what this was or how to absorb dust. It turns out the dust absorber is a small strip with a sticky surface and you are supposed to get any remaining dust off like you would a lint roller--it's simply picking up the dust with sticky tape. OK next you put a hint of soap in a small amount of water and spray the bracelet so the protective film with adhere better. It seems counterintuitive, but it does work. Then you pick up the film with the provided tweezers and lay it on the bracelet and squeegee off any remaining water. I also think this helps the film to completely adhere to the bracelet. There is an additional page of stickers if you will that come with the set and those are the "guide stickers". They were not mentioned in the instructions at all so I was confused on how to use them. Perhaps it is implied somehow, but I didn't know how to use them so I didn't. Regarding the QR codes, there are two on the card, one for watches and one for bags and accessories. The accessory code shows the film being applied to what appears to be the closure device of an Hermes bag. While this was somewhat helpful, I would have prefered the video to show the exact item I am using for clarity. For as much as I am picking this apart the end result is pretty amazing I must say! The film is secure, completely transparent and is such a smart idea to preserve the integrity of a luxury piece, whether you want to make it an heirloom or to sell it at some point later. Scratches and pits never bode well and this is how you avoid them. Overall this is a wonderful protective device that will help maintain the value of your bracelet and would whole-heartedly buy it again. ... show more
