Comfortable and several pockets
Color: Black
I used it for school which is great. But for those of you who wants to travel with it, there's not much room for storage.

Slightly bigger than expected.
Color: Black
Was looking a replacement icon backpack that I purchased about 3 years ago. Although I order the same backpack, this one is an updated model but it’s slightly bigger than the previous version. Although I was wanting to buy the slimmest backpack possible, this one is still good. Slightly bigger but still slim.

Color: Black
Honestly its awesome how much stuff i fit into this backpack and how much room I still have for more. The side pockets are literally my favorite feature and what really pushed me to pull the trigger on this one instead of the other incase backpacks. The video on the incase website is seriously a legitimate testament in showing how much it fits - if you can handle the weight of all that.. Its a ridiculously wonderful backpack and i cant imagine going on without it, so it gets 5 stars for sure. It's currently holding (with the utmost ease) my; 12" Retina MacBook, iPad Pro, and 2 Medium Sized paperback books in the "main compartment", tons of adapters, about half-a-dozen USBthis to USBthat cords, macbook/ipad chargers, a few pens/pencils, keys, two small external SSD's, a wall outlet expander, and some snacks in the "accessories compartment", Mail i snatched from the mailbox on my way out, and 1 Shinola Soft Linen Cover Journal Navy in the front zippered section, a Wonder Wallet - Amazing Slim RFID Wallets As Seen on TV, Black Leather in one side pocket and a RAVPower Element 10400mAh Portable Charger iSmart Technology (External Battery Pack, Power Bank, 3A Output, Dual USB)-White in the other. Bottom Line: Get this backpack if you like incase products and like to carry a lot of useful items.. ------- The following comments are *minor* criticism's intended for the sake of progress and future development of new products - Thusly, please see below for my wish list in regards to this backpack; *A 2nd key holder/clasp within the "accessory compartment" preferably much shorter so when its left on keys it isn't as long compared to the keys themselves) *A magnetic or button clasp/closer for the top pouch within the "accessory compartment" so it doesn't stay open. *A Faux Fur "tablet" section within the "main compartment" - cause my 12" MacBook actually fits in that one perfectly while my iPad Pro fits snuggly in the bigger "laptop" section. *Built-in Rain Guard. I see you make them, and i'll be purchasing one. It just would have been way nicer to have it already integrated. I would have paid another 20-30 bucks without a 2nd thought for this feature especially since it IS a quality backpack at a higher than average price point already. *i wish the "accessory compartment" would unzip just another inch or two further like the "main compartment" does for easier access to my accessories... *having the top zipper pouch (which is awesome btw) integrated into the lining between the two compartments. I honestly cant (nor will I) deduct stars/points for the current design because i really feel like a whinny little sob for complaining that -sometimes- it gets in the way due to being "loose" when reaching into, or pulling things out of, the "main compartment" (Also, i really love that its lined with faux fur. fantastic feature. really. is fantastic.) thats really it. none of the above points take away anything from the functionality and awesomeness of this backpack in regards to its current design, they're just small changes that would make an already perfect backpack even more perfect. aaaand since i'm already here and *incase* you'd like to know..... My one personal wish for the "1 Backpack to Rule Them All".. - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make an "Icon Slim DSLR Pack" (and/or a "DSLR Pro Slim Pack")!! if this current backpack could just carry like 1 mirrorless body and 2 lenses within a dedicated section - omg it would be utterly perfect. Some detachable side straps for a travel tripod would be really nice too... But maybe we don't even have to go that far... It would be super sick if you could just make an optional camera insert for it, with all the velcro camera dividers and such, that fits right into the "main compartment" of the Icon Slim Pack and only keeps the laptop/tablet pouch accessible. God that would be amazing...

Overall really good pack, in need of some small tweaks.
Color: Black
Overall I like this slim laptop pack a lot, and more than I would have thought. It's like, reasonably well organized, and comfortable. I found I could reorganize and downsize from my larger pack and still have plenty of space when I need it, without having too much excess space. Materials seem quality and durable, with comfortable shoulder straps that are long enough for taller folks like me (I'm 6'3" with a long torso) and still have the straps come down below one's armpits, even when wearing a winter jacket. The outer pockets on the sides are handy for quickly-needed items like cables. I like that the organizer pocket inside the outer large pocket has lots of pens slots. The biggest beef I have (as others mention) is that the pictures represent the old version of this pack and not the new one I received, which is annoying. I wish it still had the organizer panel shown in the v1 photos, but the move of that organizer into the outer pocket wasn't a deal-breaker for me, it just required I move some stuff into a small organizer pouch and put it in the middle compartment. I found the overall design still worked well for my needs. The loss of the pass-throughs on the side pockets isn't a problem for me, because I'm unlikely to use them. I wish the key strap was in the outer pocket, where the pen slots are. The other small issue I have is the lack of a plastic stiffener in the back panel, where the the laptop compartment is, which would help the pack carry better and minimize the small amount of flex and feel of a laptop moving around in brisk movement. That said it's still very comfortable, and I don't have issue with it keeling over like some have complained of, when there's nothing in the laptop or file sleeve in the main compartment. I compensated for this issue by buying some inexpensive plastic shelf liner, cutting it to size, and sticking it into the file sleeve in the main/middle compartment - works pretty well, if not perfectly. One other improvement I'd like to see is the sewn-on pull tabs on the zippers. These are both too small and too flexible to grab easily, especially when in a hurry, or if you're a guy with large fingers. I'd like to see a stiffer nylon webbing used, that's wider and longer. All in all I'd definitely recommend this as a slim, stylish work bag for those looking for one.
