I really do like this set but the chairs are very large. Very long in the seat. Maybe designed for very tall person (over 6’ 2”)?? Pay attention to the dimensions and understand what you are buying. I had to put extra pillow in the back of each chair. Assembly was ok. Everything clearly labeled. But the table legs weren’t level. Had to grind 2 legs down to level table.

My wife wanted a new patio set so I ordered these for her. They are great chairs. These are the same chairs that they sell at menards. But when you order from here you get 2 chairs and a table for the price of one chair at the store. During shipping the box got broken by FedEx. There was a couple missing pieces. I contacted them through Amazon and after sending them the photos they just sent me a whole set for free. Now we have 3 chairs and 2 tables. Great customer service! Couldn't ask for a better experience

Package was missing all correct size screws. Parts did not work properly, some were bent. Seller as me to send pictures before I could get a refund. I followed their instructions. Chairs too large and bulky for a small female with back surgeries to handle. I would have to pay for someone to help. Will never order products to be assembled again.

The price was very good,and the 330lb weight capacity is what I needed the most. But the assembly screws were cheap,and broke on both chairs. Had a friend get larger screws and wcraftsmanship. Had to remake them. The chairs are great now. Don't purchase these chairs. Poor craftmanship.
