I was so excited for this wagon to use for my sons soccer games. Bought the first one 4 weeks ago and it came with a broken wheel that didn’t even fit inside the slot. Ok, so than I thought maybe it was just defective and I’ll give it another try. I returned the original one and they gave me my replacement. The only reason why they are getting one star is because the replacement came fast! As soon as we got the replacement, we checked all the wheels again and my husband put it together. Once again the same back wheel wasn’t completely working right as well as not clicking in the slot correctly. Wouldn’t recommend this brand or wagon. Returned it for a full refund and brought another brand. Sucks refund won’t be given until after 30 days. ... show more

I thought after a few mishaps, they would finally get it right, but they never did. I purchased this wagon and it was amazing so I tried to purchase another one for my parents and the box came all broken with pieces missing and bent. So I sent it back. Got a new one. Same thing. Sent it back again. got a refund. Ordered another one thinking this time they will get it right, lol I knew better, but the first one was so awesome! Anyway, missing parts. This product is sturdy and well made although not easy to fold from the top (but easy if you flip it over and pull the center brace bar up). I highly recommend this IF you are storing it in your house. The wheels are massive and great if you're taking it across tougher terrain than sidewalks. But if you plan to use this for catering or shopping, get yourself a wagon with smaller or regular size wheels because this takes up too much room in the car. The back wheels do not turn as they should. Because it was ordered and delivered Narch 12 Amazon.com will not back up the product. I have used this wagon to carry my groceries from my car into the house maybe 6 times!
