Loved it! Used when making a cutting board/stove cover. Wanted a little different pieces then we could get at the lumberyard. Did split the red as it is very bright, glued them to make them longer. The picture does have some oak, maple and mahogany as well. Was able to sand after we plained it. Used oils and brought out the colors…will be ordering more! ... show more

Not worth it. I know lumber is lumber and it can twist and bend, but for what you're paying for you think they'd send you qualify. Ridiculous. I mean the walnut pieces were okay, but the Purple heart and Zebra wood looked like twisted licorice. Ugh. Also poor packaging on some orders. I emailed their customer service too and never heard anything. Poor service and POOR quality. I had to plane most down on the jointer too, wasted most of the wood. ... show more
