Not sure how so many reviews state these run big. I bought size 8 after reading several reviews that said the above (I'm a size 8.5) and these are too small. My big toe and heels rub. So my opinion, these run true to size and if you're an 8.5, buy 9. As far as the quality, very nice looking and comfortable shoe for the price. I'm off to order size 9... Edited* Size 9 came, perfect fit! Really like these. Price is excellent and these are comfortable. Any review showing these with indented toes (stating poor quality) obviously got damaged during shipping. Both pairs of mine arrived in perfect condition. Very disappointed in the shoe yes it’s comfy and has room for when feet swell with long shifts working with patients but it’s really really poor quality and one part of it the back strap detached and broke the first time I ever tried it on.
