We use this on top of the bed for doing some PT exercises. The bed by itself is too soft but this little folding board gives us the added firmness we were looking for to make the exercises more effective. Might not be the use it was designed for, but it does what we need it to do. And once the PT exercises are done for good, we will place it under the twin bed mattress and continue to use it. i have never used a bed slat before, but i figured a queen size slat would be the same size as a queen size mattress (only super thin) ... this slat is more than six inches shorter in both directions 😳

So this is what is considered a queen size bunkie board? Mind blown! This thing is so heavy that it can’t possibly be this small. I should have looked at the measurements…so that is my bad. If you are wanting this as an actual bunkie board that covers the frame, don’t waste your money. It’s way overpriced for what you get. It was terrible though. It folded both ways so it had no structure to it what I needed. However, it had a zipper on it and I took the 4 boards out of it and layered them under the bed so it’s working as a bed frame

I was looking for a solution to bridge folded flat seats in my suv and use this as a platform base for a mattress. I do not have space or access to tools to just buy some plywood and cut. The covering really helps keep things clean and the size was perfect. I'm pleased with this purchase.
