Love the design of the helmet. Wind noise is very minimal, the dark visor is great on a sunny day, the included pin lock keeps the fog away completely. Which is a wonderful upgrade from my last helmet. It has the ability to accept a bluetooth ear speakers like a cardo or sena. Lightweight, very aero dynamic, super comfortable on the head. The pads on the inside are also hypoallergenic. I findthis helmet very durable and with the included face mask it should keep your head warm as well during winter. The design is very detailed and better than I expected. Operating the visor, air vents, and built in sun shade visor is breeze. I compare this to a Ruroc helmet which makes very affordable for those who want a helmet that feels higher end. The price is definitely.

I measured at a hair over 22.5 inches which put me in a medium category according to the chart. I initially thought it was too small. My head fits, but the padding around my cheeks was so tight I couldnt hardly close my mouth. I eventually decided to wear it a few minutes for a more thorough evaluation. After a few minutes the padding compressed enough to close my mouth. After a couple of days wearing it in short intervals, I can say it does not cause any pain or discomfort to wear it. My biggest concern is my nose almost touches. That said, I'm afraid the large may be a smidge to big, as a helmet should fit snug. The noise level is not as bad as some, but is not as good as others. One could argue, quiet helmets cost more. The overall quality seems solid, and the aesthetics are even better than the images. I think it's an overall good helmet for the price point, although Im concerned how it might fit after it is fully broken in.

Absolutely Amazing, the figment, design and shape. The silver tinted lenses is more chrome, but very nice and offers adequate protection from the sun. It’s modular friendly as well, installed a cardo system and the helmet comes with prefabricated foam indentions for speakers. Padding is comfortable! Air vents are functional. Only issue, the screws on the visor tend to slouch. The screws have a pulldown lip, to spin the fastener out, those lips tend to get loose and sag. Have to pop them down or up.

Solid, lightweight, nice lenses. Looks great. Seems well constructed. 4 stars because the “war damaged gray” is not as pictured. It’s more of a black with silver scuff marks all over. A little cheesier than I’d hoped. I should’ve went with plain black. The helmet fits great. Feels good. Solid padding. Secure chin strap. Rides okay, slightly noisier than other similarly priced helmets but it was pretty windy today. Will update after more use.

I’ve been using this helmet for around a month now. The wind noise is definitely there, but significantly less than the other helmet I bought when I first purchased my bike. The pinlock is INCREDIBLE. Silver visor looks awesome. The ease of changing the visors is so much more simple with the screw in design. Overall this helmet just looks awesome and is lightweight and enjoyable to ride in. I’m super satisfied.

I love this helmet. I've had other much more expensive helmets and I like this one the best. The fit is very nice and very comfortable. The wind noise... almost nonexistent!! I transferred the comms from my old helmet to this one and the speakers sound so much better with the way this helmet fits me and way less wind noise. the price vs quality is unbeatable! I'm always getting comments about how cool my helmet is. I'd recommend this helmet, HOWEVER, make sure you measure your head and if you are between sizes absolutely go with the smaller size! I'm between the med and the large size and at first I got the large helmet but as soon as I got it and tried it on the helmet was HUGE on me. I returned it and got the Med and its perfect. at first it fit a little tight but after the first couple of times of wearing it the padding adjusted to my face and it's very comfortable. vents open and close well and there is lots of ventilation so you're not dying out in the heat unless you're just standing still. Also lastly I'll touch on the aerodynamics of the helmet. With other helmets I've had the wind pressure against my head hurt my neck and always gave me a headache. With this helmet I do not have that problem. it's pretty light weight and designed/shaped in a way that just cuts through the wind. the functionality of the helmet is overall 10/10 for me.

Ive been looking at helmets for months now. I narrowed it down to Ruroc, Scorpion EXO covert FX, and this ILM MF509. Took a gamble on this since I stumbled upon it by accident somehow. Watched a couple reviews on YouTube of this and figured let’s give it a shot. First impressions. The war damaged paint scheme is stellar! WOW! I love it. Noticed immediately how light weight the helmet felt holding it. Inside padding is beyond super plush! Very cushioned and well padded. Cut outs for speakers inside are large and deep. I measured my head many times and have an average reading of a strong 22 1/4” measurement. That put me in the medium range. Size medium states a 22 1/2” - 22 7/8” head measurement. For me that was spot on. Absolutely perfect, snug and sits perfectly where I want my Helmet to sit. No side to side movement, stays in place firmly. One small issue while looking the helmet over was the rear wing left corner was not popped into place as it should have been. I easily popped the corner into place and it’s not pulling back out at all. Other than that no complaints to note. I will be doing an updated review after wearing the helmet for a while so stay tuned. Also will be adding speakers and comms to the helmet and will review on that as well. Update 7-5-24 Sadly.. Im dropping the rating after getting a few thousand miles of riding in with this helmet. I mainly drive with a windshield and with that it’s not a bad helmet. Riding other bikes with no shield is a different story. Wind noise is higher than it should be in my OPINION. Chin strap needs a little tweaking or it becomes uncomfortable into my neck. The vents don’t really matter much. Open or closed it’s very hard to tell a difference. Helmet does stay cool even in 90 degree humid ohio weather. And it is very light! So fatigue is low. I can’t explain this but my morning ride into work the helmet is super loud I hear every darn thing. Coming home in the after noon it’s a ton quieter I can’t explain it… very odd. Seriously it doesn’t make sense. Fitment is still great and solid. I think for what you pay for it’s a fair deal. I may be being to critical but I feel there is better out there for a little more spent. I still think this is a solid value just needs some improvements.
