I bought a large in the white color with the rear red LEDs. I use the LEDs daily (night and day) on the slow blink setting. I leave the LEDs blinking while i'm out and about (not riding) as the AAA batteries (not included) have shown no signs of dying so far. I can't speak to the wind noise some have complained about. It is the quietest helmet I have ever owned, and I use earphones to listen to podcasts and music. My motorcycle's engine makes more noise than any wind noise that I've noticed. Wife wanted a full face helmet but wanted the modular so she could put it on and take it off easier. This one is very comfortable for her and she loves having the built in sunglasses visor also. The light is a nice plus but it is barely visible during the day and isn't worth turning on. At night it is plenty bright and can be seen without any issues. This has it all. So many options like full face or you can bring the bottom part up. Thereโ€™s built in sun visor and a full clear shield. The cheeks were tight and customer service sent me new ones to replace them at no charge. Great communication and fast. Would buy from them again.

I have never had a helmet that fits nice and tight but does not have any pressure spots that hurt (especially during break in period). I love this helmet! Beautiful graphics too. I love the ample speaker cavities and the chin strap release. Lots of good stuff here for a very good price.

Got the helmet a year ago it is comfortable for the price but I dropped it last week and can't seem to find parts for it all I need is the clip on the side that holds the shield in place when you open it.

There are pros and cons for this helmet. Pros: good sun visor and easy deployment, the modular design works well as stood up well to throwing me off the bike. Cons: WIND, wind noises are strong and you will need either extra noise insulation or very good inserts to combat this at higher speeds. A lot of reviews point out the plastic components are fragile, but for this price they hold up well. The visor will also need fog protection coating applied as it is EXTREMELY prone to fog up in the rain or winter. This helmet literally saved my life on Friday so Iโ€™ll bump it from 3 to 4 stars. Otherwise not bad for the price but there are better alternatives in the market. ... show more
