Great helmet Professional customer service

This helmet is superb quality. It does feel just slightly heavy, that simply tells me it's well built. The padding is very comfortable on the inside. The volume is better than all other helmets I have owned. Other reviewers quit whining about lack of "base" we're not dealing surround sound Bose speakers here. Speakers are pre wired, so no worrying about self installing them. Internal sun visor and quick chin strap are nice touches. Plus this is my first half face helmet. It makes it so much more comfortable to take on and off rather than squeezing your head into it. Last but definitely not least. When it arrived the blue tooth (which is a simple plug n play box) wasn't working. I emailed the company. They responded in 24hrs. Asked for the order number and sent me a new blue tooth unit in a few days. Works great. Excellent customer service!
