I've been riding for about 30 years and this is my first Bluetooth helmet. I read all the reviews before I purchased this and after wearing it for 24 hours in all kinds of weather, I'm not sure what people who give this bad reviews are expecting at this pricepoint? It's super comfortable and the venting is pretty good. I love the sunshield and had it down most of the time with the clear screen flipped up and I stayed very cool considering it was 94 degrees and sunny when I left. As for the bluetooth: I wear earplugs and even with them in, I could still hear the music (a little) but gps directions came in loud and clear at highway speeds. I took a phone call at 55mph and it was clear on both ends. I hit a few hours worth of RAIN and everything still works fine. I was a little worried because someone had said that their electronics went out after riding in rain. In all fairness, my bike has a large windscreen and that blocks some weather and wind, but regardless, this helmet held up to a lot of weather this past weekend and not a drip of water came in. Great helmet and I would certainly buy it again.

Defective product right out of the box. Check pad separated from lining retaining piece fell off. 2nd time replacement and not even going to try a 3rd replacement. Final note, Bluetooth switch failed shortly after purchase. Until ILM makes substantial quality improvements. Expect to be returning at least a few helmets with defects.

I recently purchased the ILM Bluetooth Integrated Modular Flip-up Full Face Motorcycle Helmet (Model 953 PRO), and it's hands down one of the best investments I've made for my riding experience! **Pros:** - **Bluetooth Integration:** The built-in Bluetooth is seamless. Connecting my phone for music, GPS, or calls is super easy. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a helmet – crisp audio and decent bass! The intercom feature is a game-changer for group rides, allowing clear communication up to impressive distances. - **Modular Flip-Up Design:** The modular flip-up system works smoothly and locks securely. I love the flexibility it offers, especially during pit stops or casual conversations without having to remove the helmet. - **Comfort:** It’s incredibly comfortable even on long rides. The interior padding is plush and breathable, which makes a huge difference on hot days. Plus, the helmet is lightweight despite having so many features. - **Sun Shield:** The drop-down sun shield is another bonus! It’s easy to operate with gloves on, and it saves me from constantly switching between sunglasses or struggling with glare. - **Stylish and Aerodynamic:** The design is sleek and aerodynamic, with a modern look that turns heads. It also reduces wind noise significantly at high speeds. **Cons:** - **Battery Life:** While the battery life is decent, lasting about 8 hours on continuous use, I wish it lasted longer for extended road trips. Charging is easy though, and it charges fairly quickly. - **Fit:** Make sure to measure your head correctly. I had to exchange mine for a size up, but once I got the right fit, it was perfect. Overall, the ILM Model 953 PRO delivers a fantastic mix of safety, comfort, and tech. If you're a rider who values connectivity and comfort without compromising on protection, this helmet is a no-brainer. Highly recommended! PS...will try an connect ILM to a Sedici Sistema II that my friend has, which us luck!!

a year after my purchase my helmet experience a malfunction. I contact the vendor and they took care of the issue the same day. Their customer service and willingbness to stand by their product is unmatched and often unheard of these days. I will continue tobuy product from them.

I should have expected the low quality for the price. The helmet looks great. But is very low quality. The sound is poor. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
