Overall, it looks great. I read the reviews before tackling my kitchen so I used tsp and sanded prior to painting. Additionally, I used two coats of primer, 3 coats of paint and a top coat. I went from a darker color to a lighter so I opted to do extra coats to ensure proper coverage and to hopefully have it stand up better to wear and tear. I bought different rollers because I have particular rollers that I like better but I did use the rollers in the kit for the primer. The brush provided was decent but I rolled most per the instructions. It came out really nice and looks good so far. Only con is the cost. It can be quite pricey for such a small can, especially if you do as many coats as I did. I only just finished my kitchen so, if I remember, I will come back and update my review down the road. ... show more

This paint was a terrific way to brighten up my very outdated and small kitchen. I love the end result. The celedon cove is quite a bit lighter than anticipated though. But still works well I thought I'd need more than 2 bitty cans but nope. 3 coats on each and I still have some left for touch ups if needed. THE BEST DIY UPGRADE you can do! Purchased this on a “whim” as I’m not a “DIY’er” kind of person. Read the easy to follow instructions & finished it in a day & 1/2. (Drying time). This is a before & after of a guest bathroom. A LOT less expensive than purchasing a new vanity & looks just as good! If you prep as instructed: sand lightly, use TSP Substitute, followed by water then windex, it will only take you two coats to a perfect finish. I used foam rollers instead of the roller in the kit, but my results were better than expected with no lines or runs. Highly recommend.
