    • It’s okay!
Giving this a three star after the first use: it makes espresso and froths the milk which is the bare minimum. We did not realize how loud the machine was. Our cup would rattle when we start making the espresso. The only con so far is the loudness of it.

    • It works, but every use is a struggle
It makes okay espresso. Nothing spectacular, but you get what you pay for. Manual claims that the first run requires you to adjust the water tank and fill it to full or else you may experience air bubbles. I also find that switching between the steam wand and making espresso causes air bubbles. The only way to fix it is to take off and re-seat the water tank each time. Every other day, I try to make espresso, only for no water to come out despite having a full tank. I then have to "plunge" the tank back onto the connection and get all the air bubbles out. This is clearly a design flaw. What I described is literally in the instruction manual. Why are you writing out design flaws as "troubleshooting?" Fix it! I also find it odd that the "on" button requires you press two buttons like some kind of cheat code. Why is this unit so complicated? ... show more

    • Not worth it. Get what you pay for
If you want decent espresso, it will cost you. This machine is a waste in my opinion. I tried variations in grinds, amounts, and compression from the stomper. I just can’t get a good cup of espresso. Barely any crema. Flavor is weak and bland. I am a one cup a day girl and I make two using the double button with this machine. I am not any sort of expert but I am going to buy a $500 machine to get good results. And even a $500 machine won’t deliver like a professional machine so you shouldn’t expect much from this $69 machine. ... show more

I love how small this is! Also it’s very easy to use. One of the only cons is that it’s kinda loud. Still trying to figure out the perfect bean size to use with it.

    • Would not hold water
Water container did not hold water. Unable to use 1 time. I filled the container and placed on the machine and turned away to grab some espresso to grind and turned back to a puddle of water on counter and draining right out of water container.
