  • Beautiful!
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I took a look at this lab-grown diamond because apparently we have reached the point where diamonds can be created in a lab, certified, and still somehow manage to make people stare at them like they found a tiny piece of captured starlight. The first thing I appreciate is the appeal of a lab-grown diamond. It offers the look and characteristics people love about diamonds while being an alternative option for those who are interested in a more modern approach to fine jewelry. The D-E color range and VVS clarity are impressive specifications on paper, especially for anyone looking for a diamond with a bright, clean appearance. The excellent cut rating is also important because cut has a major impact on how much a diamond sparkles and reflects light. What I like most is the flexibility of a loose diamond. Instead of being limited to one preset design, you can use it for a custom engagement ring, earrings, pendant, or another piece of jewelry that fits your personal style. It gives you the creative freedom to turn it into something completely unique. The certification is another reassuring feature because buying a diamond is not the time to play "guess the sparkle." Having documented details about the stone helps you understand exactly what you're purchasing. Of course, like any significant jewelry purchase, it's worth carefully reviewing the certification, return policy, measurements, and setting options before making a final decision. A diamond may be small, but the decisions surrounding it can feel surprisingly large. Overall, this is an appealing option for someone looking for a high-quality lab-grown diamond with premium specifications and the ability to create a personalized piece of jewelry. It's not just a diamond. It's a tiny, extremely expensive reminder that humans looked at a rock and collectively decided, "Yes, this should become a symbol of love, commitment, celebration...and occasionally a reason to dramatically check the lighting from every possible angle." ... show more

  • What a find!
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
Who cares about lab grown. It's still a diamond - and the other ones were grown in a lab too - an earthen lab. Now we've just cut the time from billions of years to weeks. So cool! And, we've been making industrial lab grown diamonds for a long time now - mostly for industrial applications. I mean they have the same grading scale and these are right up there on the top of the scale with little to no color and only minor (when viewed with 10x magnification) inclusions. That is tops. And the cut is what really makes it sparkle and they did a great job here. Wow! And a .5 Ct for $199 - look around for a comparable "natural" diamond. You're in the $900-$2,500 range. Now, on the downside they don't hold their value as well as the market is becoming saturated, but if your trying to impress, or the forever ring, future value is not a concern. And, about the certificate - and this is up to you. This is an In-House certificate by a valid dealer. it is not an IGI cert, thus not certified by an independent agency and logged. You can get it graded, or see if there's a laser engraving on the girdle of the diamond, or ask seller for the cert...If you want. Just remember this is a deal. It is below market for IGI certified lab diamonds. If I get a chance to update this I will. This is a wow deal - don't miss it! Oh, just FYI - for natural - a 1 Ct is $5k-$10k, 2 Ct $30k-$55k --And wait for it....A 4 Ct is $120k - $250k...Whoa! ... show more

  • Gorgeous firey sparkle 💖
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I am very pleased with this beautiful sparkly lab grown round brilliant cut diamond. The beautiful cut really defines the dazzling fire effects you look for in a diamond. This loose diamond has a beautifully clean clarity with no inclusions to your naked eye, as well as a gorgeous colorless, crystal clear appearance. I decided to go for this stone for a couple reasons; one is because they are conflict free, they still provide elegance and sophistication at a fraction of the cost, and because it was a loose diamond which allows you to customize your diamond in a setting of your choice. My daughter is a young adult and I have a feeling will be getting engaged in the next year or so, and I think it would be wonderful to gift them a center stone for a ring setting they pick out (if they would like of course!), and help alleviate some costs for them just starting out and as a blessing on them to start their lives together. Having a loose stone allows for endless possibilities in settings and lets you really personalize your piece to fit your style. This diamond is gorgeous and doesn’t sacrifice quality or affordability. ... show more

  • Very gorgeous diamond! Worth every penny!
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I couldn't be happier with this lab-grown round brilliant diamond! The sparkle is absolutely breathtaking, and it looks every bit as beautiful as a natural diamond. I added it to my ring as a gift to myself and the excellent cut really stands out and maximizes the brilliance of the diamond, creating amazing fire and shine from every angle. The D-E color is bright, crisp, and beautifully colorless, while the VVS clarity makes the stone look flawless to the naked eye. Even under close inspection, the diamond appears exceptionally clean and well-cut. I love knowing that it's a lab-grown, ethically sourced diamond, making it an environmentally conscious choice without sacrificing beauty or quality. It offers incredible value while still providing the luxurious look of a premium diamond. Whether you're designing an engagement ring, a pair of earrings, a pendant, or another custom jewelry piece, this stone is an outstanding option. It has the brilliance, quality, and craftsmanship you'd expect from a much more expensive diamond. The diamond arrived securely packaged and exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a high-quality, ethically sourced diamond with exceptional sparkle and outstanding value, this is an excellent choice. This is beyond a beautifully cut diamond. It gets no better than this! I highly recommend because it would be the perfect add for an engagement ring, wedding ring, or pretty much any beautiful piece of jewelry that you're looking to add it too. Anyone is gauranteed to love this diamond. ... show more

  • Flawless clarity and incredible light refraction
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I ordered this loose lab-grown diamond to take to a local jeweler in Boise for an anniversary upgrade for Amy. Buying a stone online is nerve-wracking, but the included IGI certification provided complete peace of mind. Under a loupe, the VVS clarity is absolutely flawless—there are zero visible inclusions or carbon spots. The cut throws an incredible amount of fire and brilliance even in dim, ambient indoor lighting. Getting this level of color and clarity in a lab-grown stone for this price is simply unbeatable compared to mined alternative ... show more

  • Beautiful Diamond for a Custom Setting
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I'm definitely not a jewelry expert, but I have to say, this diamond looks great and I'm very pleased with it. It came with the IGI certification, although I'm not exactly sure what all the details on the certification should look like. As far as I'm concerned, it passes my test. I'm especially excited to see it in the custom setting I designed for it. I think the diamond is going to look fantastic once it's finished, and I'm pretty sure she'll love it too. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and appearance. ... show more

  • Gorgeous diamond, questionable certification
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
First things first... it's a beautiful stone. It's clearly a diamond, with the way it flashes in the light, and the fire that appears when moving it in the sun. To the layperson's eye (mine), it's absolutely flawless. The clarity is impressive. It's virtually colorless and genuinely looks like glass if it was given a soul. I'm thrilled every time I look at it and I can't wait to have it set in a piece of jewelry. The .5 carat size is perfect for a modest ring or necklace and the price is well within reason. HOWEVER-- I did attempt to look up the "certification" that's included and it's left me skeptical. For starters, it's not GIA (a jewelry industry standard company) but according to the listing it's IGI certified, which is a legitimate independent certification company. That's fine, except if you go to IGI's website, there's no report to match this diamond. Furthermore, while the listing says Excellent Cut, the certificate actually only shows it as Very Good. The actual card delivered with the diamond states that it was evaluated by a "trained diamond professional" with NYD. The problem with having your own company certify your diamonds is, I hope, obvious, although I'm a little surprised to find a lower rating on the card in that case. Regardless, as I'm not looking to resell this diamond and I don't have the tools or knowledge to tell the difference, it's good enough for me. I will say if you're more of a stickler for details and/or seeking diamonds for professional jewlery-making, keep in mind what you get may not match the listing 100%. ... show more

  • Greta looking for lab grown
Style: Round Size: 0.50 Carat
I’m very impressed with the look of this diamond. It has a beautiful, bright appearance and catches the light really well. The cut gives it plenty of sparkle, and it looks even better in person than I expected. I also really like the fact that it’s lab grown. It gives you the opportunity to get a high quality looking diamond without the same concerns that can come with traditional mined diamonds. The certification is also a nice touch and adds confidence when purchasing a stone like this. The diamond arrived well presented and was exactly what I was hoping for. I’m planning to use it for custom jewelry, and I think it will look fantastic once it’s set. Overall, very happy with the quality, appearance, and value. It’s a beautiful stone and definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a lab-grown diamond ... show more
