    • The seller was very helpful. I did not keep the battery.
I really wanted to like this and keep it. But when I received it, I charged it to full and attached one electronic device that was pulling 85 W. The onboard battery manager said that it would last 19 hours. It ended up lasting less than seven. Not the sellers fault was probably a bad unit.

Arrived on 5/18. Will not take a charge from wall. Customer service rep says to charge in car for at least two hours. Got 6%. Will not send replacement until old unit is rec’d adding weeks to the process. No refunds from Westinghouse as they say only Amazon can issue. Amazon won’t issue and says only Westinghouse can. Do not buy. This American company is a dumpster fire. Buy foreign. There is no option to speak with a human. All happens through email. They very quickly recognized the product as electrical failure signaling this is common. Never ever ever ever buy from this company. ... show more

    • Good for backup during power outage
When the power is out, as with recent ice storm, this will keep my pellet stove running for about a day. Very important in winter! I can then recharge unit by running my small noisy gasoline generator a couple of hours. I'm thinking of buying the solar panel as another recharge option.

I ordered one but have three on my porch for some reason. I do not want three of these things! I have an older one here that has been working fine which is why I ordered one more, not three.
