I was hesitant to purchase this iDsonix i3000 QLC NAND NVMe drive because iDsonix’s website no longer exists as of May 2025. Visiting it yields, “Sorry, this store is currently unavailable.” As such, I could not find detailed specifications on the drive beyond what’s published on Amazon. There’s no mention of endurance (TBW). I reached out to the seller via Amazon and they informed me the drive is rated for 150 TBW. At this price point, do not expect the NVMe to have DRAM or SLC cache. Be glad it passes a ValiDrive test, so you know it’s not mis-representing its capacity. AVOID THIS SSD. Amazon should remove this product and the seller. I installed the i3000 512GB SSD in a Dell 3400 Laptop with the required heatsinks. Shortly after the Amazon return window closed, with less than 10 hours of actual use, the drive failed completely. I attempted to file a warranty claim using the support email address provided, but I never received any response. The lack of any reply from the seller made the warranty claim process effectively useless. ... show more
