I ordered it on the 12th and it was delivered on the 14th. I am 75 and it took me 2 and a half days to put it together by myself. Checked off all the parts (they are labeled) and read over the directions. It went together well with me taking my time to insure no mistakes on my part. All the bracing is what really impressed me. It has bracing to keep the walls from racking and to keep it plumb, corner bracing at the top of the walls to keep it square, and collar tie bracing to keep the roof stable. The door doesn't lock but it does latch securely. It also has 2 functional roof window vents. I didn't have a concrete foundation to put it on . It comes with (quick-sets) concrete anchors for that. I ordered some trampoline screw-in anchors to keep it grounded. With the coupon, it was roughly $450 for the 8X10 greenhouse. My wife is extremely happy with her new greenhouse. For what it cost I don't think you can beat it. I highly recommend this if you are looking an inexpensive stable greenhouse.
