Replace your vehicle's factory radio while the retaining steering wheel controls & use of the factory amplifier. (*Idatalink Maestro ADS-MSR module also required) iDatalink meets GMiDatalink's HRN-SR-GM2 wiring adapter allows you to connect a new car stereo in Chevrolet/GMC GM Vehicles 2010 and up, working in conjunction with iDatalink's Maestro ADS-MSR module. Once connected, you'll retain the use of your steering wheel audio controls and your factory amp in these vehicles. Keeping your factory features with an iDatalink-ready car stereoIf you're buying a compatible iDatalink-ready car stereo, you'll enjoy the outstanding performance of your receiver, plus seamless touchscreen control over most of the factory features in select GM-built vehicles. The package includes connectors that plug in between the Maestro module, your factory radio's wiring plugs, and the serial port on your new car stereo. iDatalink's HRN-SR-GM2 harness features an in-line head-unit connector harness, which will plug into their new "Head-unit direct" harnesses for select radio brands (sold separately, *see installation note below).
