  • Solid cooler for a solid price
Style: FX240 PRO
I have been building PC's for 20 years and have always purchased high-end brand name parts. This is the cheapest cooler I've ever purchased for a PC and must say I have zero complaints. I've been running it for a month straight now with no issues and don't expect any. It is quiet, maintains a cool temperature, and the cooler itself looks sleek and simple which matches my entire all-black build. No frills, just black on black quality cooling for a solid price. If the aesthetic is what you're looking for and it helps out your budget, I would recommend this cooler all day. If you are looking for an affordable, yet quality AIO I would also recommend this one all day. Pleasantly surprised. ... show more

  • Cheap, Performant, and Stylish.
Style: FX240 PRO
I am using this in an A4-H2O and it gives some of the best performance to dollar of any radiator. It is a plain black so it looks great in any case, the height of the cold plate and a standard 240mm radiator allows it to fit in most SFF cases. The installation is very straight forward and takes maybe 5 minutes on the first try, then can be taken on and off repeatedly without any problems. It provides amazing cooling even though it's inexpensive. Due to the price, it also leaves room for upgrades, such as the Noctua A12x25 G2 or Phanteks T30 for even better performance. ... show more

  • Simple install, easy to flip fans depending upon how you want the air to flow
Style: FX240 PRO
Works as advertised. I don't like all of the lighting effects of other AIO CPU coolers and have my system blacked out. It was simple to install, comes with AMD and Intel backplates, all of the screws, etc. It keeps my Minisforum B795M motherboard/CPU combo nice and cool. I front mounted mine in my case, so I flipped the fans so that it vents into the case to improve airflow. I have three other fans pulling air out and it works beautifully. It was simple to flip the fans and they have double sided silicon bumpers to minimize fan noise. It comes with thermal paste so don't waste your money on that. Five very big stars! ... show more

  • Solid 240mm budget pick
Style: FX240 PRO
For the money this performs very well. Sometimes after extended thermal load (hours) I will hear this trying to move bubbles. It sounds like static or grease popping. Otherwise I think this is a reliable AIO cooler at a very low price. On par with Corsair. I haven't tried Arctic since they are too thick for my Lian Li A3 case. I recommend this for the money. Its 240mm so you can't expect 360mm performance but I'm still getting very good thermals. Instructions are limited but if you use common sense and take your time, it's very easy to figure out. ... show more

  • Holding Its Own Against Overwhelming Heat
Style: FX240 PRO
I'm using this cooler with an Intel 14900K CPU and it's not heat throttling while gaming. I can't ask for more than that. The Intel 14900K CPU really needs a 360mm cooler minimum. But, I can't fit one in the case I want to use.

  • BUYER BEWARE / ID cooling support non existent
Style: FX240 PRO
The media could not be loaded. Long story short — I received a defective item that’s making a weird mechanical clicking noise. I reached out to ID-COOLING support first to make sure I wasn’t just being paranoid. After waiting seven days with no response, I contacted Amazon chat support—which somehow managed to be even worse. All they did was copy-paste generic troubleshooting steps, basically telling me to reinstall the whole unit. It was obvious they didn’t understand my actual concerns. Communication was tough due to the language barrier (likely outsourced support), and the representative was unprofessional, so I ended the chat without any real help. So far: • ID-COOLING hasn’t responded. • Amazon support was useless. • I’ve now ordered a replacement, because I do like the product—it just seems I got a bad one. The issue only happens after extended gaming sessions (around an hour or more). On a cold boot, there’s no noise at all. I was planning to upload a video showing the startup so it’s clear that nothing is interfering with the fans—no loose cables, no obstructions. You can hear and see the difference after the system heats up. Just sharing this in case anyone else runs into the same thing. Bottom line: 1. Amazon chat support is garbage 2. ID-COOLING support is basically non-existent Buy at your own risk. ... show more

  • Good overall
Style: FX240 PRO
This is my first AIO cooler. The install was easy and it included all of the components to install with a 1151 series intel. The fans seem to be pretty quiet and move a good amount of air. Overall the finish is nice and the good packaging allowed for all of the rad fins to be intact and not bent up. Seems to perform pretty well and keep the cpu cool. ... show more
