    • Size chart is off for compression
I really wanted compression leggings and found these in an article on the best compression for the type of exercise I do. I looked at the size chart and a size M was a 4/6 which is my usual size. Read the reviews about how people thought they were small and ordered the medium. And they’re fine. But not compressive at all. Normal fitting leggings. I kept them, but went back and looked at the size chart again. A small (which is what I normally order from most companies) was a size 0/2. There is no way I’m a 0, but I ordered a pair to try and these are what I was expecting in terms of compression. So go by the size chart for regular fit, but if you actually want compression either size down or go with your usual - small, medium, large, etc. ... show more

I am 5'8" and am long-waisted. I have trouble finding leggings/stretch pants that go all the way up to my natural waist, but these are great. I'm normally a size 2-4, but am currently 2 months postpartum and wanted something that would help get my pregnancy pooch under control. I bought these in size medium and they fit really well.
